The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is facing serious legal trouble after a Georgia judge ordered her hair salon to pay nearly $100,000 in back rent and fees following a dispute with the property’s landlord.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Moore’s company, Moore Vision Media, was ordered to pay $43,988 by late February 2026 and an additional $43,988.67 by late March 2026, bringing the total to $87,976. On top of that, the judge ruled the company must continue paying $5,500 per month in rent until the property is vacated.

And the situation may be escalating.

The landlord has reportedly filed an additional claim, alleging Moore missed her initial payment and requesting sole possession of the property.

The legal battle marks another difficult chapter for Moore, whose exit from RHOA in 2025 made headlines after she was fired mid-season for displaying compromising photos of co-star Brit Eady during an all-cast event. At the time, the fallout appeared to signal a turning point. Now, her business is under scrutiny.

Moore opened Kenya Moore Hair Spa in 2024, positioning it as a luxury beauty destination. In late 2023, she promoted the venture on Instagram, calling it a “luxurious safe place for one to relax and feel pampered.” She described the salon as the natural next step in her career, saying her goal was to help people feel confident about their hair, which she referred to as her “passion.”

The salon was meant to be more than a side project. Moore previously expressed frustration that Bravo did not fully showcase the launch during her time on RHOA.

Speaking to Carlos King on his Reality with the King podcast, she said, “My all cast at the end of season 15 with me opening my hair salon, which was my business storyline, half of it was cut out. Yeah, so my opening of my salon is not in the season.”

She continued, “I’m literally building a multi-million-dollar company before your eyes, and they are not showing the steps to do that,” claiming producers left out footage of her planning and expansion efforts.

Now, instead of a triumphant business storyline, Moore’s salon is at the center of a mounting legal fight. Whether this ends in a resolution or a repossession remains to be seen, but one thing is clear: the cameras may have stopped rolling, yet the drama hasn’t.
