Meghan King’s Ongoing Custody War Now Includes Disturbing Doxxing Accusations With Alarming Threat Allegations

Meghan King is back in the headlines, and this time, the drama is darker than ever.

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star is alleging that her estranged husband, Jim Edmonds, played a role in a disturbing phone harassment ordeal that has left her fearing for her safety — and her children’s.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, King personally visited the Kirkwood, Missouri police department in September 2025 to report a series of threatening phone calls from an unidentified individual. The calls, she said, had been happening for months — but escalated dramatically just days before she sought help.

She allegedly told authorities the caller made “crazed overt threats” against both her and the three children she shares with Edmonds: daughter Aspen, 9, and twins Hart and Hayes, 7.

Police reportedly reviewed voicemails in which the caller warned King she would “go to jail” and made threats involving “grabbing, hurting, and killing” her and her kids.

Even more chilling? The official report described the suspect’s tone in unsettling detail:

“The suspect speaks calmly at times and quickly at others, using frequently-repeated phrases or details in a rambling and erratic manner.”

Meghan claimed she initially blocked the number, but the harassment allegedly continued from different phone lines.

A Shocking Allegation From the Past

While speaking with officers about the ongoing threats, King reportedly brought up what she believes could be connected behavior from years ago.

Although she did not definitively accuse Edmonds of orchestrating the current calls, she allegedly told police that he had previously harassed her through intermediaries. Specifically, she claimed he distributed her private phone number to sex workers several years ago — allegedly “with instructions to harass her.”

According to the report, King said she was hit with what she described as:

“an overwhelming wave of phone calls and texts.”

She further claimed she later received a message from an unfamiliar number that included a screenshot — allegedly showing a text from Edmonds that contained directives to target her.

Police have since opened an investigation into the threatening calls and messages. Due to the severity of the allegations, authorities reportedly increased patrol around her home. As the report states:

“Due to the nature of the threats, a department-wide email was sent requesting a close patrol of [Meghan’s] residence.”

Custody Battle Tensions Explode

Meghan and Edmonds finalized their divorce in 2021, but their relationship has remained highly contentious. The former couple has been locked in an ongoing custody dispute over their three children, and King reportedly told officers that Edmonds had been “losing his mind” amid the volatile legal battle.

When asked directly whether she believed Edmonds was behind the recent threatening calls, King acknowledged the custody drama but reportedly admitted she did not know for certain.

Edmonds’ camp, however, is firing back hard. A representative for the former MLB star dismissed King’s allegations outright, telling TMZ that her claim is “absurd.”
