Sky Askari is firing back after former best friend Tanin Nikpey suggested her house-hunting storyline wasn’t exactly what viewers thought.
And now, Adam Neely is piling on.
After Tanin hinted on to us on the AllAboutTRH podcast that Sky wasn’t actually looking for homes, Sky jumped into the comments and wrote:
“When we purchased this property, it was meant to be an investment home. Because of the pandemic, we moved into it, and since then we have been actively looking for another house within our budget, something practical, especially since my husband owns a design-build company @halifaxconstruction and can customize a home for our family. This has never been hidden, and the house-hunting storyline simply reflected our real situation and was shaped further by production.”
She then called out what she says is a false narrative.
“What is disappointing is seeing a different narrative pushed publicly by someone who knew our circumstances from day one.”
Sky further addressed a moment filmed at her home when Tanin introduced her skincare oil.
According to Sky, key parts of that conversation were overlooked.
She explained:
“It’s also worth remembering that when Tanin came to my home to film and introduce her skincare oil, I asked three basic questions: whether it had preservatives? what the shelf life was? and how it should be stored? She didn’t have those answers. Instead of focusing on the actual substance of that conversation, the story that was later repeated to others was about me jokingly putting the oil on my dogs, turning a light moment into a distraction while ignoring the important part of the scene.”
She added:
“No one expects someone without a professional skincare background to be a medical expert, but anyone ‘launching a produc’ should understand the basic fundamentals of what they are selling.”
Sky concluded her statement by reflecting on the end of their friendship.
“After five years of friendship, it’s genuinely disappointing to see facts reframed this way. I believe in being direct, respectful, and truthful, and that’s exactly what this statement is.”
If that wasn’t enough, Adam Neely — husband of Reza Farhan — jumped into the comments.
And he did not mince words.
He wrote:
“I wasn’t even going to respond to this but people have sent me screenshots of what someone has written in here. This same individual has most of the cast block, go figure. Production didn’t shape her financial reality. If my husband and MJ knew the truth about her financials, they would have spent their time showing properties that within their budget. When you’re upset because your ‘friend of 5 years’ didn’t backup the fake flossing you were bringing to the table, you talk poorly about her business venture to try and hurt her even more. How can you trust someone who you don’t even know their real name? Soheila, Sayeh, Sky… you can change a name, but accountability is learned”
Golnesa Gharachedaghi quickly backed him up, replying:
“yessss bestie!!!”
In her exclusive interview with us on the AllAboutTRH podcast, Tanin stood firm.
When asked whether she and Sky ever discussed protecting their friendship while filming, she admitted she never thought that was necessary.
She said:
“Like I assume me and my best friend are going to be on the same page the whole time. Like, I didn’t even know she was looking for houses. And she’s not. So it’s just something you’re trying to portray here that I didn’t know about.”
That directly contradicts Sky’s version of events.
Now fans are left with two sides:
Sky says the house hunt was real, just shaped by production.
Tanin says it wasn’t happening at all.
Adam says finances tell a different story.
And just like that, a five-year friendship has turned into a full-blown Bravo war.
