Meredith Marks is backing up a claim that has been quietly swirling around The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, and she’s not holding back about the double standard she says exists within the cast.

During Monday’s episode of Two Ts in a Pod, Meredith addressed allegations previously raised by Monica Garcia, who claimed that one of their castmates had been hospitalized due to alcohol-related issues and pushed to keep the incident off the show.

While Meredith stopped short of confirming every detail, she made it clear that something serious did happen.

“I can’t speak to whether a stomach was pumped or not because I have no idea on that part, but somebody was taken to the hospital from drinking,” Meredith said on the podcast.

She then pointed out what she sees as blatant hypocrisy among the women, especially considering the accusations that were repeatedly thrown her way during season six.

“I do find it very interesting that that is completely something that we don’t see or talk about, yet these women can make these accusations on me all season long,” she explained. “It’s crazy to me.”

Meredith was referring to the rumors she faced throughout the season, including claims involving drug use and alcoholism, which she’s consistently denied.

The conversation also turned to speculation about Meredith’s future on the show, after rumors surfaced suggesting she may not return for season seven. When host Tamra Judge said she hoped the rumors weren’t true, Meredith didn’t exactly sound reassured.

“I hope not too,” she replied, before admitting that being on the show takes a toll.

“There’s so many positives, but then you say, ‘Why do I put myself through the negatives?’” she shared.

Meredith also reflected on how past drama has had real consequences, including the fallout from Heather Gay’s infamous black eye scandal, which she says led to serious trouble for others and ultimately contributed to the end of their friendship.

While Meredith didn’t confirm whether she’s officially done with RHOSLC, her comments make one thing clear: she’s exhausted by what she views as selective outrage, uneven accountability, and a cast that plays by different rules depending on who’s in the hot seat.
