Monica Garcia Drops Cocaine Allegation Against RHOSLC Castmate After Season Finale

RHOSLC star Monica Garcia appears on WWHL

Monica Garcia is not done stirring the pot.

Monica Garcia Drops Cocaine Allegation Against RHOSLC Castmate After Season Finale 3

The former Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star recently raised eyebrows after sharing a video filmed in her kitchen. In the clip, Monica casually fixes her hair before breaking into a dance. But the real message had nothing to do with the choreography and everything to do with the on-screen text.

“When everyone wants to accuse Meredith of being an alcoholic, but she wasn’t the one that was taken away in an ambulance to the ER for alcohol poisoning,” the text read. “And demanded the footage never be shown and cast stay locked in their rooms while she got wheeled to get her stomach pumped. ‘Allegedly.’”

Naturally, speculation took off almost immediately. Fans began guessing who Monica could be referring to, with many pointing fingers at Heather Gay or Whitney Rose. But Monica wasn’t about to leave it there.

Following the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season finale, where viewers felt the group was projecting onto Meredith Marks and framing her as if she had an issue, Monica doubled down on Instagram with even more pointed accusations.

“we ready to talk about how worried you were that people would possibly find your coke stash in your suitcase at BravoCon? Or are we still playing it like others have the substance abuse problems?” she wrote.

She then added, “its not about the coke, it’s about the hypocrisy.”

While Monica didn’t name names, the timing and tone made it clear she wasn’t backing off. And with Salt Lake City already known for its off-camera drama, it seems the mess is far from over.

Although Ozempic was/is intended to treat diabetes, it has obviously become the latest weight loss craze. I bring this up because Shrek Heather has obviously had tremendous success with it. However, the same way that Ozempic reduces cravings for food, there is growing evidence that it also reduces cravings for "other types" of addictions, aka decreasing behaviors associated with cocaine addiction. This isn't to say I believe Monica. I think she's butt hurt over losing the lawsuit that Beauty Lab had against her ... to the tune of $35K+! Last I heard she was appealing to Utah's Supreme Court.

Huh...I didn't know that about Ozempic. I do hope it's a safe drug because this is a game changer when it comes to the war on obesity.

I've always been squeamish about pharmaceuticals (it's bad enough that I have to take 6 a day to stay alive) and have never been a proponent of quick fixes where dieting and exercise is concerned. Besides, everyone knows that poor eating is a (usually generational) way of life and when you couple that with a sedentary lifestyle. So until that changes, you're going to be fat ... period.

Ooooh! I totally forgot about that lawsuit!!! Yeah, like THAT ain’t gonna color a b*tch’s perspective. ? That said, according to her own arrest record, Heather loved her some Addy’s at one time. So, it ain’t MUCH of a stretch to believe that she MIGHT graduate from Adderall to Peruvian Marching Powder. ? Not suggesting one necessitates the other, she did have a prescription iirc, BUT what’s a girl to do when a doc cuts a b*tch off? I mean, idk ???? but IJS. ?

My sister just spent 2 days in a downtown Chicago hospital while Christmas shopping on Mag Mile, because she tried Oz before she left (to drop a lousy 10 lbs.). She apparently had some kind of bad reaction which could have killed her. Man did I let her have it; not only for being so stupid with her health, but for dropping a buttload of money in Chicago, which many of us have boycotted.

You’re a good bro! I’m sure it’s tempting but the horror stories!!! ? I’m glad I’m scrawny cuz if I had weight to lose, I’m sure I’d look twice at an easy fix. Unforch, that’s pretty much never the way. ? Btw when your post started off with your sis in a Chicago hospital, I got squirrelly. I figured it was random violence from the usual suspects ?. At least it wasn’t THAT! ? So, there’s that silver lining. Glad she’s ok. ??

As the old joke goes, you can call him a lot of things, but ya can’t call him late for dinner…? <— An oldie but a goody. ?

If I were Heather or the rest of the cast I would sue her. And this isn't a good look for Carlos King who enables this desperate girl.

You have to be either some kind of idiot, some kind of connected, some kind of METICULOUS with testing or some degree of straight up suicidal to be doing coke these days… Don’t believe me? Just ask Tommy Lee Jones’s daughter. Oh wait…? Drugs are bad kids, K? K. That said, Heather, getcha ass into rehab (ALLEGEDLY). If this is even 6 degrees of separation from the truth, I don’t really see it being anyone else, but who knows? ????

I don't believe any of the ladies would have shown that side of themselves to Monica on her first season. If this was actually true.
Champagne Hangover January 9, 2026 - 11:01 am
Good point. I was assuming that this was not necessarily first hand information (if true ?) OR that Monica (sneaky b*tch that she is) saw or heard something she wasn’t supposed to, but you’re probably right that it’s either straight up bullsh*t or game of telephone type gossip that has rendered what truth is in it virtually unrecognizable. I.e., consider the source. ?
