Teddi Mellencamp didn’t hold back on her thoughts about the complicated friendships on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, one involving former housewife, Garcelle Beauvais.
The former housewife weighed in on the fallout between Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais, suggesting that Garcelle played a central role in the end of their friendship.
Speaking with Tamra Judge on the December 5 episode of Two Ts in a Pod, Teddi reflected on the emotional toll Sutton experienced over the past year. “There was a lot of loss for Sutton in one year. Because I forgot that her and Garcelle were like actually best friends,” she said.
When Tamra asked who was to blame for the friendship ending, Teddi didn’t hesitate: “Garcelle. Garcelle just stopped talking to her.” She highlighted that Sutton appeared blindsided and emotional on the show after Garcelle abruptly cut ties, prompting Tamra to speculate that Garcelle might have been “upset about something really big.”
“Or they were just TV friends.”

Teddi expressed confusion over why Garcelle chose to sever her bond with Sutton around the same time she left the show. “Why does she have to take Sutton out of it?” she asked.
The discussion then shifted to Garcelle’s recent public outing with Sutton’s former assistant, Avi Gabay, whom she invited to her movie premiere. Tamra called the move “shady,” while Teddi admitted she was taken aback by the situation.
Throughout the conversation, Teddi and Tamra didn’t hold back, also touching on Dorit Kemsley and questioning her intentions toward Bozoma Saint John after gifting her a $2,000 Hermes blanket, suggesting it might have been an attempt to buy loyalty.
