Kyle Richards Buys a New Home but Refuses to Reveal the Location as She Expands Her Real Estate Empire

Kyle Richards is adding yet another property to her already impressive portfolio — but this time, she’s keeping the location completely under wraps.

In a November 2025 chat with The Daily Dish, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star opened up about her newest purchase and her love of collecting homes.

“I just bought another home,” Kyle revealed, explaining that real estate is her investment of choice. “You know, people do stocks. They do other investments. Like, real estate is what I love. I’m very passionate about it. It’s the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning. People think I am looking through my emails. No, I am looking at real estate all the time. I know every market of every state you could imagine.”

Kyle and estranged husband Mauricio Umansky — whom she separated from in 2023 — already share multiple properties, including their main Encino family home, a vacation home in Palm Springs, and their longtime getaway in Aspen.

Interestingly, it was just earlier this year that Kyle hinted she wanted to ditch the spotlight altogether.
“I’ve been telling my friends lately, that’s it, I’m moving to a farm. I am going off the grid,” she told DailyMail.com in May. “It’s so toxic, it’s so negative. I can’t stand it. I’m going to live off the land. I don’t want to go on any social media.”

But despite the off-grid dream — and despite Maurcio owning a major real estate brokerage — Kyle says none of their current homes are hitting the market anytime soon.
“You know, Mau and I have talked, and we don’t want to sell any of our homes,” she confirmed to The Daily Dish.

One thing Kyle does need, no matter where she ends up living: space. Lots of it. The mom of four previously told fans during an Amazon Live that staying put after her separation was more about practicality than anything else.
“I’m still in my house, I have too many dogs to go anywhere else. I’m still here,” she said in 2024.

And when it comes to their $8 million Encino home — the one she spent years renovating to perfection — Kyle isn’t letting that one go, either. In an interview with BravoTV.com, she shared she may hang onto it forever.
“Even if I move one day to, like Aspen, Colorado, I’ll keep it for my kids or something,” she revealed.

Kyle may be buying new real estate, dreaming of farm life, and navigating her new chapter post-Mauricio — but one thing is clear: she’s not letting go of the houses she’s poured her heart (and cash) into anytime soon.
