The Real Housewives of Orange County reunion may have ended, but the drama is still exploding off-screen. Alexis Bellino is now casting major doubt on the cyber findings Gretchen Rossi presented during the taping, and Gretchen is not having it.
During the reunion, Tamra Judge confronted Gretchen with screenshots of alleged homophobic posts that Gretchen had supposedly “liked.” Gretchen countered by revealing that a cyber analyst determined the most extreme post appeared to be created using “imaging software and AI,” and she claimed Tamra was linked to the hate accounts.
Now, Alexis is publicly questioning the legitimacy of that cyber report.
Speaking on Reality with The King, Alexis said she went full investigative mode, joking that she felt like Dateline NBC as she dug into what she calls the “facts.”
“Did you see what came out about the guy that wrote that cyber analysis? He is Slade’s friend, he was on Slade’s podcast five years ago, not very credible, and everyone that’s hearing this is saying Tamra should sue him,” Alexis alleged. She went on to argue that the technical claims in the report didn’t add up.
“A PI could not hack Instagram, illegal, okay? Force Instagram to hand over your DMs? Instagram only complies with law enforcement and with a valid court order. There’s no way that they got that and [that] Gretchen spent thousands of dollars in that short of time, and that PI guy, had enough time to get the law enforcement involved and then access DMs through special software or PI tools. These don’t exist.”
Alexis then questioned how the analyst could have gathered any information at all. “How did he get his facts if he didn’t subpoena Instagram to get all of this, have a cop involved to get it?” she continued. “Anyone that believes that cyber analysis has a freaking IQ of a vegetable.”
But Gretchen isn’t letting those claims go unanswered.
In a November 24 Instagram post, she clapped back at Alexis’ accusations, hard.
“Alexis you sound like a fool. You’re talking about something you know nothing about & you clearly are not a very good investigator. ?,” Gretchen wrote. “The report that was brought forward at the reunion has nothing to do with the private investigator that was on our podcast many yrs ago. He came forward a few months ago only as a second source.”
Gretchen insisted the expert behind the reunion report had no connection to Slade whatsoever. “The report discussed at the reunion was done by a former CIA analyst (that is not Slade’s friend) and the parent company handles government contracts,” she explained. She added that the production team and network fully vetted the report: “The company had to sign a release authorizing its use at the reunion & production and the network are aware of who it is, which is not the private investigator you are claiming it is.”
And then came the final blow. “This is a desperate attempt to involve yourself in something you clearly know nothing about & it makes you look pathetic. So sit down clown & stop thinking your Sherlock Holmes.”
