The Real Housewives of Potomac star made headlines of her own this weekend after delivering a viral moment during a performance at Mr. Henry’s in Washington, D.C. and yes, it had everything to do with Wendy Osefo’s recent legal troubles.
Mid-performance, Darby took a moment between songs to address the elephant in the Bravo room, dropping a line that immediately sent the crowd into gasps and laughter:

Unbothered by the reaction, Darby laughed and kept it moving, but the message was loud and clear. Without mentioning names, she referenced exactly what fans have been buzzing about all week: the felony fraud charges facing her RHOP castmate, Wendy Osefo.
According to a report from TMZ, Wendy and her husband, Eddie Osefo, filed a police report claiming several luxury items — including designer handbags and jewelry — had been stolen from their home. However, investigators later uncovered that those same items had allegedly been purchased and returned prior to the reported burglary. To complicate matters further, Wendy was reportedly seen on social media wearing a ring she had claimed was part of the missing property.
Whether the charges stick or not, Wendy Osefo is facing the kind of scrutiny that no PR spin can soften. And Ashley? She’s just getting warmed up.
