Apologies are for the person giving them not for the person receiving them. And just because Tamra decides that now is the time she wants to apologize doesn't mean the recepient has to accept her timeline and forgive her on the spot.

I don’t believe ALL of Tamra’s personalities are crazy. I do believe her issues are more serious than the reality tv psych Dr seems capable of “ working her through”
