Tamra Judge is insisting that Shannon Beador has no real reason to hate her, claiming that “nothing that happened between us was that terribly bad.”
After years of friendship ended in a messy public fallout, Tamra’s comments come off as dismissive of the serious issues that led to their split, especially given the fact that Tamra has praised Shannon’s ex John Janssen, who once sued Shannon, and her friendship with his fiancée Alexis Bellino.
Speaking to Extra, Judge reacted to Shannon’s earlier statement that the two can “co-exist even if they’re not friends anymore.”
Judge, however, refused to agree, saying, “We had a really long friendship, 10-plus years, and she just throws people away and she’s got a history of throwing people away.” Though Tamra points the finger at Shannon for ending relationships quickly, she conveniently avoids acknowledging how her own actions, getting close to John Janssen and his fiancée—played a huge role in the rift.
Tamra went on to say, “She knows my heart, she knows my family, she knows a lot about me, and it, to me, it’s sad.” While Tamra wants to highlight the depth of their friendship and imply Shannon’s reaction is unfair, the public nature of the feud and Tamra’s choices paint a more complicated picture. Aligning with Shannon’s ex, who sued her, and befriending his fiancée Alexis Bellino are serious breaches of trust that naturally caused pain.
At the heart of it, Tamra’s comments come off as minimizing Shannon’s feelings and ignoring the real reasons behind the friendship’s collapse.
