Reality TV is no stranger to drama, but Brandi Glanville just took things to another level naming a facial parasite after none other than her former Real Housewives rival, Caroline Manzo.
In a recent TikTok update, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum revealed she’s been battling a mysterious skin condition that she attributes to a parasite living in her face. And in classic Brandi fashion, she’s dubbed the intruder “Caroline” a pointed nod to her long-standing feud with Manzo.
The 52-year-old got candid about her unorthodox at-home skincare experiment, explaining that she turned to Nair, the popular hair-removal cream, in a desperate attempt to fight off the parasite.
“I used Nair as an exfoliant because it pisses Caroline off—or whoever’s living in my face,” Glanville told fans, referencing the alleged parasite.

Unfortunately, the DIY treatment backfired. Glanville confessed she left the product on far too long, resulting in painful burns and visible skin damage.
“Nair is the fountain of youth. I figured it out,” she said. “But I overdid it.”
In the video, which was both graphic and emotionally raw, Glanville warned viewers not to replicate her risky skincare routine, advising them not to leave Nair on for seven minutes like she did.
While Glanville seemed to maintain a sense of humor about the ordeal, fans were alarmed. Many flooded the comments begging the mother of two to stop using harsh chemicals and seek medical attention. Others couldn’t help but point out the parasite’s ominous nickname—Caroline.
For longtime fans of the franchise, the name choice carries serious weight. In January 2023, Glanville and Manzo both exited the Morocco set of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip after Manzo accused Glanville of sexual misconduct during filming, a claim Glanville has denied. The incident caused a major rift between the two former castmates and stirred up intense debate across the Bravo fandom.
