Tamra Judge Denies Plastic Surgery Claims, Credits Her New Look to Weight Loss

The Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge is setting the record straight about her appearance, and putting plastic surgery rumors to rest.

On the July 14 episode of her podcast, Two T’s in a Pod, Judge, 57, addressed fan speculation that she’s recently gone under the knife. “Everyone’s, like, ‘What? You look different,’” she said. “I think even Andy Cohen said that. I’m, like, ‘My hair’s darker. I’m definitely thinner, which makes a difference.’”

Judge, who recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, acknowledged that the changes in her face are mostly due to weight loss. “Then, [I got] new teeth. That’s it, guys,” she added with a laugh to guest cohost Dolores Catania. “No surgery, no nothing.”

While she hasn’t had recent surgery, Judge has been open about undergoing non-surgical cosmetic treatments. In 2024, she received a CO2 laser treatment, a brow lift, and a blue chemical peel. The CO2 laser is known for targeting the skin’s outer layers to reduce wrinkles and discoloration while stimulating collagen production. Combined with the peel and brow lift, the procedures caused noticeable swelling, but not the transformation some fans assumed came from plastic surgery.

Judge also responded to ongoing speculation that her slimmed-down figure is due to Ozempic, a diabetes drug that has become widely used for weight loss. She shut those rumors down firmly.

“These comments that I’m on Ozempic are disgusting,” she posted on X (formerly Twitter) back in October 2023. “I’ve suffered from intestinal problems for years. I’ve had multiple surgeries in the past 12 years. My grandmother died of intestinal problems. I’ve never been on Ozempic and personally, wouldn’t use it for weight loss!”

Judge has consistently emphasized that her transformation is the result of health challenges and lifestyle choices, not shortcuts.

Wait. Isn’t the brow lift surgery? I mean, I figure they can do non-invasive brow lifts, idk, but usually they’re referred to as non-surgical whereas a traditional brow lift is and always was surgical. Maybe I’m overthinking it or being persnickety cuz idgaf if she has/had surgery or not. Either way, it doesn’t take any food off my table. I’m just confused because I thought (and maybe I’m wrong) Tamra had a facelift AND the laser peel. Now it’s been downgraded to an (ostensible) non surgical brow lift and laser peel? Meh, whatever, but the teeth were a mistake. The damage done to your natural teeth does not justify this procedure purely for cosmetic reasons. Dentists are such grifters for the most part. Yeah, I said it and I ain’t sorry. ?

Tamra said she had a face lift...I think at the last reunion. I like her teeth but maybe I'll change my mind because when I saw her on WWHL I didn't have my contacts in. ?
