Tensions are running high between former best friends Larsa Pippen and Lisa Hochstein, and the drama recently took center stage on Watch What Happens Live.
When asked about the root of her falling out with Lisa, Larsa didn’t hold back.
“I think she went from being really nice and taking abuse from Lenny to now being the complete opposite,” Larsa said. “And I don’t think she’s a good friend to any of us.”
Host Andy Cohen then brought up Larsa’s past comments about Lisa’s new boyfriend, Jody, calling him “controlling.” Larsa clarified her stance, saying, “I mean, I don’t know. For me, Lisa is my friend. She should make me feel good. If I don’t think she should follow my boyfriend, it shouldn’t take much for her to say, ‘You’re right,’ and unfollow him.”
She added that it wasn’t about Jody following her boyfriend—it was more about how Lisa responded to her feelings.

Lisa didn’t stay silent. She took to X (formerly Twitter), reposting a fan’s comment that read, “Lisa is out of the country burying her dad and her friend is sitting at a table shit-talking her man. The surgeon must’ve accidentally sucked out Larsa’s soul trying to get the fat. #RHOM.”
Lisa also accused Larsa of using the situation for a storyline.
With emotions running high and both women holding their ground, this friendship seems far from reconciliation—at least for now.
