It looks like it would take a whole lot more than drama to bring Lisa Rinna back to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The reality TV veteran, who exited the series in 2023 after eight seasons, opened up on a recent podcast about what it would really take for her to return—and spoiler alert: it involves a billionaire.

“I mean if a billionaire sugar daddy came along and said, ‘You have to do Housewives and I will pay you $25 million dollars,’ I would say, ‘OK, fine, sure,’” Rinna, 61, said on the May 2 episode of Let’s Not Talk About the Husband podcast. When asked by cohost—and husband—Harry Hamlin whether it really all came down to money, Rinna didn’t deny it. “A lot of times,” she teased, “but it would have to be so much [money].”

Lisa Rinna officially parted ways with the Bravo franchise in January 2023, with the network sharing a portion of her resignation letter: “I will not be renewing my contract and I will not be coming back to RHOBH.”

While fans continue to debate the show’s direction post-Rinna, Hamlin hasn’t been shy about where he stands on his wife’s place in Housewives history. “A lot of people will come up to me and say, ‘Oh, the show just doesn’t have that spark, that same Lisa Rinna thing going on anymore,’” he said, going so far as to call her the “GOAT,” or greatest of all time, of the series.

Despite this praise, Hamlin made it clear that he’s not campaigning for a comeback. “I was there during those eight years. I was with you the whole way,” he told Rinna on the podcast. “I know what it took out of you. I know what it gave you. I know what it took away. Knowing that, I would not in any way endorse you going back to that show.”

He acknowledged the boost the show may have given Rinna’s public profile, but was candid about the personal cost: “It took a lot out of you, out of me, out of everything,” Hamlin said. “It didn’t give you back as much as it took away. You didn’t come out of it ahead, if you ask me.”

So, will Lisa Rinna ever return to RHOBH? Only if someone’s ready to fork over $25 million—and possibly their emotional well-being, too.

Get it loud & clear, Rinna, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME BACK. The filthy garbage was thrown out a LONG time ago. NO REFUNDS.

Harry and Lisa...go back home, stay there and leave the rest of us alone. Your continued obsession with how Lisa suffered on RHOBH and he leaving it is getting very tedious.

Rinna is a vicious b*tch. I think she even trumps "The Marge" in the vile, vicious gossip category.

"Hamlin acknowledged the boost the show may have given Rinna’s public profile." That's the understatement of the century. Before RHOBH, Lisa wasn't even peddling polyester dusters on QVC and he couldn't even get arrested in Hollywood. As far as returning to the show goes, if Andy's recent bitchy remarks on Stern are any indication, Lisa needn't worry about being asked back.
