Garcelle Beauvais Explains Her Shocking Exit From ‘RHOBH’ Reunion: “They’re All F*ing Aholes”

After five drama-filled seasons on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Garcelle Beauvais made the decision to walk away from the series — and her dramatic exit from the Season 14 reunion was the breaking point.

Bravo recently aired the intense moment that led to Beauvais leaving the set, catching both the cast and fans completely off-guard. As the reunion wrapped up with its traditional toast to close the season and look ahead, host Andy Cohen suggested the cast gather for a group photo. But Beauvais had no intention of sticking around for appearances.

“I’m out,” Beauvais said, leaving Cohen and her castmates stunned.

Dorit Kemsley, with whom Beauvais had several tense exchanges during the reunion, reacted immediately.
“Garcelle, that’s not cool,” Kemsley said as Beauvais made her way off the stage.

“I don’t want to be in the cast photo,” Beauvais replied firmly, continuing to exit.

Kemsley added, “Garcelle, that’s really unprofessional,” while Cohen noted that Beauvais had initially expressed hope about ending the reunion with a cast photo — something they’d skipped the previous year.

Backstage, cameras followed Beauvais to her dressing room where she voiced her frustrations.
“I’m not doing this anymore. I don’t want cameras here. I’m done,” she said.

In a candid hot mic moment, Beauvais added, “And I never say I don’t want cameras. I’m always a team player. But this — there’s no team. I’m not doing it anymore. I’m not.”

As the reunion taping continued without her, Cohen turned to Sutton Stracke, Garcelle’s closest ally on the show, asking if she knew what was happening.
“I don’t know. She’s really unhappy,” Stracke responded.

Beauvais, still venting behind the scenes, didn’t hold back about her feelings toward the rest of the cast.
“I’m just so fing sick of it. It’s like, they’re all fing a**holes. No one said, ‘Oh, I understand what you’re saying.’ No one said anything,” she expressed.

One of the major flashpoints during the reunion was Beauvais admitting she suspected Kemsley’s home invasion might have been staged — a claim Bozoma Saint John called “dangerous.”

“I’m always honest, but nobody said, ‘Oh, you have accountability.’ Everybody jumped on me,” Beauvais later reflected in her dressing room. “And I felt I was on an island by myself. I can’t be friends with people like that. I don’t trust them and they obviously don’t trust me.”

Stracke later admitted she wasn’t entirely sure what was bothering Beauvais. Meanwhile, Garcelle made it clear she was done.

“It’s been an amazing ride. I’m so grateful for the opportunity, but I’m done,” Beauvais declared.

The cast went ahead with the group photo without her, and Beauvais left the building without saying goodbye to any of her castmates. Stracke eventually went to look for her in her dressing room but found it empty.

Beauvais and Stracke had shared a close bond on the show, with Beauvais previously leaving a reunion taping to be by Stracke’s side during a medical emergency. But this time, their connection appeared to falter when Beauvais walked off.

After the reunion aired, Beauvais confirmed her departure from RHOBH, citing her desire to prioritize her family, and focus on new film and television projects.

I don't know what it is it about these full length gloves (like Garcon' is wearing) that annoys me so much. I think it's the phony pretentiousness. Actually, I didn't like her entire Great Gatsby get up at all. The only thing missing is a headband with a feather and a long cigarette holder.

I liked her look...she looked a sight better than Boz. What was she wearing on her head???

Well, if nothing else, she's right about one thing... They really are "all fing a**holes"

I don't think Garcelle is wrong. The Mean Girls of BH need a younger reBOOT, but maybe one last season saying Good Bye to Teddi (without Sutton in the cast; Rena Back tho).
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 16, 2025 - 2:47 pm
Whoa!~ Did you really just say out loud that Teddi is going to die?
Dulcette April 16, 2025 - 8:34 pm
It's the reality of her situation.
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 17, 2025 - 12:52 am
Yes, I know ... (or should say, believe). I've just so rare to see someone in this forum actually say it. I said it on YouTube and was attacked. But then the host of the podcast agreed with me, and now we're all saying it. Poor Teddi, I just hope she blessed with a painless transition.
Dulcette April 17, 2025 - 11:02 am
How ridiculous you would be attacked.
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 17, 2025 - 3:16 pm
IKR? As if uttering the words was going to somehow manifest Teddi's destiny ( ¯_(?)_/¯ ).

Well, it finally made sense watching last night. Garcelle can really be out of line at times but I wish she could have kept it together and not let Miss Bozoma Saint John get under her skin like that. Boz was baiting Garcelle and unfortunately, Garcelle took the bait. The only person who is truly dangerous on that set is Miss Bozoma Saint John. (Not Garcelle for stating the obvious about the fake million dollar robbery where the nice criminals left Dorit's phone at the gate). Calculated, manipulative, she will take her time and surgically remove anyone that might be standing in her way of success on that show. She has studied all these ladies, watched all the seasons, researched their lives and knows exactly which chain to yank and when. With Garcelle, it was the "angry black woman" comment that she "missed" and the "really, really, dangerous of you to say with enormous repercussions" lecture she gave Garcelle as she scolded her on camera. Now, if just one HW ( Sutton???) had said just one thing in support instead of radio silence, she probably could have controlled her temper but to have the first season Corporate DEI hire school her on air was too much. Boz practically had a grin on her face as she ate her watermelon and drank her cocktail as Garcelle stormed off. Garcelle, was set up by her "skinfolk ain't always kinfolk" cast mate and she should have just told her to F*ck O*f OR more politely, I'm not your employee so don't speak to me like that. Let's see what happens next season with Boz but that lady is a snake. And I really liked her until I watched this.

Meh, imo Garcelle got pretty much what she deserved even (and especially) from Boz of whom I’m no fan because she, like Garcelle, expect ? immunity from their racist comments/ways. You know, like Garcelle’s exasperation with these ‘white women’ which went unrecognized (because the ATL and Potomac women are so much more civilized.???) Sure, Boz’s racist ways are more egregious BUT not nearly as covert therefore deceptive as Garcelle’s. So… Integrity points there. ? That’s just my opinion, though. I have no cocktail or watermelon to enjoy, but in this regard (and possibly ONLY in this regard ?), I say eat, drink and be merry, Boz! ? Again, JMO… https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/5b3d98d4d8c7a408e73188a7710fab1a4a02080dc657955e32eb436b65cafc0f.gif

I see your point, but for some reason it just ticked me off. ? Boz, with her fake outrage, just pissed me off. I do wish Garcelle well though.
Champagne Hangover April 16, 2025 - 1:35 pm
Garcelle will be fine. She has a lot of fan support, she ain’t in financial dire straits and she still has her z list acting gigs and whatever else she can monetize from this hw fiasco. All these actress types need to understand that though they see reality tv as beneath them, they STILL have a target on their backs just like the unknowns. I think she was blindsided by that and had NO excuse to be, having been in and adjacent to the industry for decades. So, I have little pity for her, BUT that goes for virtually all of them at this point…?
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 16, 2025 - 2:58 pm
Yeah, I can't with the "Reality TV is beneath me" thing, but only when they no longer need the check and/or exposure. In G's case ... it was mission accomplished on both counts. Still, let's hope gf has invested wisely, because let's face it; Angela Bassett ain't losing sleep because GB is auditioning again.
Champagne Hangover April 16, 2025 - 5:17 pm
I think Garcelle, besides being a C list actress is also a D list producer. So, she’ll be fine acting in and producing Hallmark/Lifetime type bottom shelf productions. She will probably milk this ‘shocking deparure’ ? dry with interviews and some lame tell all book. She will be fine, and she will probably make a ‘dramatic’ ? appearance next season because Andy and Bravo will line up to kiss her ass even though Dorit was spot on about how unprofessional her little tantrum was. ? Whatever.
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 16, 2025 - 5:58 pm
Oh Asswipe Cohen was clearly annoyed, but like you say, he'll still kiss her @, just like he did LVP's. Speaking of, how weird was it that Kyle shared that little nugget about building across the street from Lisa. Kunty isn't having it!
RyNy83 April 16, 2025 - 2:04 pm
I am not understanding how you see Boz with Racist ways?
Champagne Hangover April 16, 2025 - 4:48 pm
Her hiring practices that she herself not only admitted to but seemed quite proud of. Nonetheless, Netflix anyway let her go -what- two years into her ‘impressive’ tenure…after she managed an impressive one year at Uber apparently. Boz is actually even more smoke and mirrors (and bullshit) than Garcelle, BUT one season is not always enough to see their potential as a hw. So, we’ll see what Boz brings now that she has her sea legs. I’m expecting more of the same, but Crystal redeemed herself (which is probably why Bravo let her go ?), maybe Boz will too.
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 16, 2025 - 2:45 pm
First of all, congrats on your Bozo reckoning. I'm with you on almost everything, except this "angry black woman" ridiculousness. Black women don't own the patent on the word angry, let alone on a reality tv series where their employers make millions on angry women fighting (often times physically), and that includes dozens of women of color over the years. In fact, said women are more than willing participants. I don't believe we need to altar our speech patterns on their behalf. Would I do it for a friend? Maybe, but there's also a thing called context, right? BTW, apparently, Bozo has a chip on her linebacker shoulder about the word "strong" as well. No to that one as well.
Zap It April 17, 2025 - 3:51 pm
Oh, I agree with you about the "angry black woman" term. It was Boz baiting Garcelle by telling her that she didn't call out Sutton for saying that Boz was "angry" about something. She was using it to dis Garcelle (who I think accused Dorit of calling HER "angry"). I bet Boz and Garcelle think nothing of using the term "Karen" or "Becky". BTW, black women CAN be angry as can white women and every other race too. ? I also think Boz planned a friendship with Dorit to piss off Garcelle because that's who Garcelle accused of white privilege. And then Boz sticks up for Dorit by scolding Garcelle for putting Dorit (white privilege girl) in "danger" and then accuses Garcelle's white friend Sutton of calling Boz "angry. It was physiological warfare. Or, just a plain black on black girl fight. Garcelle left because Boz got the best of her. That Boz is cunning.
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 17, 2025 - 4:14 pm
I just didn't enjoy Bozo's debut season; in fact, I thought she was duller than dishwater. She came in with a serious chip on her shoulder, which for me is very off putting. I'm guessing she was understandably intimidated by these long time cast members and women of privilege, and was therefore overcompensating for her inadequacies. But I'm also well aware that I can't relate to her perspective on life, so as critical as I am, I am willing to give her some grace. Besides, as I've always said, I think they all deserve at least two seasons. Who knows, maybe next season, Bozo will be my favorite.
Dulcette April 16, 2025 - 8:33 pm
Garcelle had already made it known to Bravo, she wasn't returning. To her, no one stood up WITH her, on the things she said to bring the reality to a reality show. She had enough, knew it was all fake friendships, so why bother. She kept her part of the commitment and deal.
Dulcette April 16, 2025 - 10:54 am
I have a very differing opinion of Garcelle. I think she is one of the realest of the bunch and never learned the balance of 'friendship fakery'. She chose to no longer be a part of something that was complete fake. She doesn't say anything, if it doesn't have some weight to her. She's done with the fakeness of the show and that became so apparent this year and even moreso for me, specifically I had no idea that Kyle was a producer of the show, which would explain a lot. I do not have proof of this but it was deeply inferred at the reunion. Don't forget the situation with Erika and Garcelle's son. Garcelle is a professional actor and I see she just doesn't want to be a part of this anymore. There is no value but monetary for her and she clearly doesn't need that. Those dollars bought her, her much wanted seaside property.
Dulcette April 16, 2025 - 3:18 pm
I'm not sure what this implies.

Garcelle can dish it but she can't take it... you've had the least confrontation out of all the girls, you intimate something illegal and think you should get a pass?? and I'm sorry Garcelle got it easy. Goodbye Garcelle.
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 16, 2025 - 6:40 am
It's so obvious to me ...you could see the moment she turned. She knew she stepped in it by accusing the Kemsleys of staging their home invasion, and is pissed off that no one backed her kissed her ass and helped bail her out.
RyNy83 April 16, 2025 - 8:29 am
You can't back up what she did. but she also didn't get it that bad.
AnEnigmaWrappedInSnark April 16, 2025 - 2:27 pm
I agree; she might have actually nailed it, but unless you have solid proof, it's just bitchery. Even if she did have proof (like her twins and Oliver confessed to her that they did the robbery), a reality show is not the place.
