TheReal Housewives of Dubai has been put on “pause,” after two seasons and Caroline Brooks says she was never expecting another season while Lesa Milan says otherwise.
This past weekend Lesa Milan says she and the cast including Caroline Brooks expected another season.
Speaking to Fubar Radio’s Access All Areas, Lesa says, ‘We were 100 per cent expecting a season three and were caught by surprise that we were put on pause. The producers held a group meeting, and said ”listen, you guys did great, but right now we have to put the show on pause, we’ll let you know what’s to come”
Lesa says the ‘pause’ is a good thing for her explaining, “You know what? For me, it’s actually a good thing, because now I can explore and do so many other things and I’m excited. I’m one of those housewives that already had a business prior to coming on the show, which is also why the shake up and the pause is okay, now I get to focus on that.'”
During the reunion, Lesa and her former best friend Chanel Ayan got into it even accusing one another of taking Ozempic.
Lesa recalls, “It was so painful sitting across from someone and watching them lie and gaslight me. ‘I just kept checking in and checking out. There were moments where I was like, I’m not doing this anymore.”
Part one of the season two Real Housewives of Dubai reunion ratings were at a season low with 189,000 viewers tuning it. Part two wasn’t much better with only 240,000 viewers. This was a drastic decrease from season one’s reunion that had 655,000 viewers tune in.
Caroline Brooks later chimed in Lisa’s claims saying the opposite on her X,“Maybe @LesaMilan meant the rest of the cast but I certainly informed her it wasn’t returning for a third season prior to the cast being told as a whole. I also told Ayan months ago right after Lesa. I understand why the rest of the cast hoped otherwise BUT I KNEW! #RHODubai“
Caroline Brooks added, “And I have receipts just saying! This is why I was blown away by Ayan and Taleen debunking rumors and calling for shakeups and things like that. I get being hopeful and wishing for a different outcome but I “100% was NOT expecting to be renewed” #RHODubai“
Do you think Bravo made the wrong move putting Dubai on pause?
Lesa you are one of the reasons its not coming back so you should know.

I hate to sound like a gauche American, but I really just don't give a flying fig about a bunch of gaudy Middle eastern women.

The ratings were likely low because it aired in the summer. No one watches much TV in the summer. I love this show. The ladies brought the drama but it wasn't vicious. They're all stunning and rich and Dubai is beautiful. Very disappointed Bravo especially when you put on crap like Beverly Hills each season. Run that one during the summer and see what happens to their ratings.
