Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her husband PK Kemsley’s $7.5 million Los Angeles mansion is officially in pre-foreclosure according to the U.S. Sun.

According to records obtained by the Sun,

“A notice of default was filed against the 7,100-square-feet Encino, CA estate on October 16, 2024.

Records state that the home had four or more missed payments – leading to the pre-foreclosure, meaning the lender has begun the process of foreclosing the home.

The Los Angeles County registrar confirmed that no repayment has been received yet.”

Because it is in pre-foreclosure, Dorit Kemsley and PK are still able to figure things out with the home if they repay any missed payments in a lump sum.

Dorit, who is currently promoting season 14 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, vowed that fans will see her marriage woes to PK playout on Bravo.

“Oh yeah, oh yeah, everything’s on the show. Reality show, it’s our reality! One day at a time. I’m not hiding anything,” she said.

In May, Dorit Kemsley announced that she and PK were taking some time apart amid their ongoing marital woes.

Season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres with a supersized episode on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 8/7c on Bravo

If there's one housewife that doesn't deserve to be in RHOBH it's Dorit. I've never seen a more materialistic woman on any reality show. I would like to see her have to do everything on her own like millions of real women do everyday. I like others believe the break in was done with knowledge because watching these thieves it's like their in no hurry, they don't care their being recorded and they all seem relaxed as they rob the place and that is not how robbers act.

Celebrity Net Worth STILL maintains that the Kemsleys are worth at least $50M, and their lifestyle certainly coo berates that, so as usual, these foreclosure and/or bankruptcy stories makes no sense. ((( Paging Det. Camille!)))

Not a Dorit fan so I think the only reason I'm interested is because she stood up to Garcelle's racist accusation last season and she defied Kyle at the reunion. Maybe I'll tape it and just fast forward through everyone else because I would like to hear what Dorit has to say. So far, Team Dorit. ?

I doubt she’s entitled to any money tied up in the Agency. Mauricio has a partner in that business, it’s surely an LLC. It’s likely he’s consulted an attorney and has made decisions since the separation to keep his assets separate from a potential divorce. Kyle is an admitted shopaholic and used to having what she wants when she wants it, gonna be a lifestyle change for sure.
