I don’t see her getting divorced, it’s a big part of the perfect life she’s portraying. Heather is the queen of plastic surgery tricks, probably the only reason she married that creep. They’re always trying the latest and greatest procedures, remember the leaches she wore to that cocktail party? They had their own miracle skincare line… those two are the epitome of vain.

I think she’s physically beautiful BUT she’s going to ruin even THAT through too many procedures in addition to the ugliness on the inside threatening to come to the surface. So I essentially agree with you, she’s very much showing us the worst of herself.

I think Tamra looks good with hair and makeup but I wouldn't call her beautiful. But she definitely is attractive when done up. So I agree.
