Robert Cosby Jr., the son of RHOSLC OG Mary Cosby, is currently seeking treatment at an inpatient treatment facility, according to The U.S. Sun.
The 21-year-old briefly appeared on the September 25 episode of the hit Bravo show, but now we learn that Robert Jr. has not been living in his mother’s Utah mansion for quite some time.
According to records obtained by The U.S. Sun, Robert Jr. “tested positive for cocaine, Fentanyl, and THC” after completing a drug test in May.
Over the summer, Robert Jr.’s attorney told a judge overseeing his ongoing 2022 DUI case that the 21-year-old was unable to appear in court because he “is at an inpatient treatment facility in California.”
Robert Jr. was expected to appear in court on August 15 in Salt Lake City. However, when he failed to show up before the judge, Robert Jr.’s legal team advised the court that he was seeking treatment. His attorney also requested that the hearing be continued. The court rescheduled the hearing for October 10.
There are no details about the type of treatment Robert Jr. is receiving or which facility he is being treated in.
Robert Cosby Jr.’s drug use is nothing new to RHOSLC fans. Back in 2023, photos of Robert engaging in drug use surfaced on the internet.
In the photos, Robert Jr. and his wife, Alexiana, could be seen flaunting their drug use on social media.
Both Robert Jr. and Alexiana shared multiple posts featuring various drugs, including marijuana, prescription codeine syrup, and unidentified pills.
In dozens of photos and images, Robert Jr. can be seen posing alongside “codeine prescription bottles, promethazine hydrochloride cough syrup and/or bottles and cups of a ‘purple drink.’”
The photos appear to have been taken inside Mary Cosby’s Utah mansion.
