In an interview with [Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast](https://pagesix.com/podcasts/virtual-reali-tea/), the 39-year-old *Real Housewives of New Jersey* star opened up about Jennifer Aydin's body-shaming attack on her husband, [Nate Cabral](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/05/08/rhonj-s14-men-drama/). Danielle also reveals why she needed to fiercely defend her husband during the [RHONJ season 14 finale](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/08/08/rhonj-cast-future-s14-finale-drama/). ***“Listen, when someone gets physical, it’s never right. It’s wrong,”*** the mom of two said. If you recall, [Danielle Cabral](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/danielle-cabral/) lunged across the table at [Jennifer Aydin](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/jennifer-aydin/) during the season 14 finale at Rails Steakhouse after Jennifer said that Nate had ***"boobs." *** ![Jennifer Aydin And Danielle Cabral Will Resume Filming for RHONJ Amid Physical Altercation](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/Jennifer-Danielle.jpg)Jennifer Aydin And Danielle Cabral Will Resume Filming for RHONJ Amid Physical Altercation While Danielle admits she ***"regrets" ***her explosive reaction to Jennifer's comment but notes that ***"words hurt,"*** especially for Nate, who has struggled with body image issues. ***“The words that cut like a knife,” ***she adds. The [Boujie Kidz](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/06/29/jeff-lewis-danielle-cabral-trash/)founder says she became even more incensed when she realized that Jennifer's offensive comments mirrored attacks being made by social media trolls. ***“This was coming out [from] bloggers. People were saying mean things about Nate. … I would see [them], and we’re like, ‘Oh God, I hope he doesn’t see this tweet or this image of a big-breasted woman, and then there’s my husband,’”*** recalled Danielle. ***“He started going to the gym at 4 a.m. He started working out. He started going, ‘Babe, does this shirt make me look OK?’ And I’m like, ‘Aw s—t, he sees it,’”*** she said. The 39-year-old became convinced that Jennifer was behind the online virtual against her husband. ***“So when she said that to me, in that split second, I was like, ‘Oh my God, it was you. You’ve been putting it out. You!’ And … it just happened, and I thought of my husband. He’s everything to me,”*** Danielle said, adding that she is ***“not making excuses”*** for her bad behavior. In response to the attacks on her husband from RHONJ fans and Jennifer Aydin, Danielle shared steamy photos of Nate on Instagram. ![Danielle Cabral](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/rhonj-nate-cabral-poses-shirtless.png)Danielle Cabral's husband, Nate, poses shirtless after Jennifer Aydin body-shamed him. Growing up, I was a heavy kid. I had such a fear of even being called on in class,”*** Nate confessed in the clip. ***“You see people just shame and talk, it’s just like, why?”*** In conclusion, Danielle admits she was overwhelmed by the ***“love” ***and support she received from fans on social media. ***“I had a year to sit on my response, and this is what I’m going to do, and I had the photographer and the videographer, and it was such a peaceful set. I said, ‘Nate, trust us. We’re going to make you feel comfortable and do right by you,’” ***she shared. ***“And when we saw the first clip of that video, we were like, ‘This is it. This is how you come back, is how you get a bully, is when you do stuff like that.’”*** [Real Housewives of New Jersey](https://www.bravotv.com/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey) isn’t expected to return for season 15 until late 2025 or early 2026.
