Over the years, [Frank Catania](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/08/20/frank-catania-teresa-giudice-rhonj/)has become a fan favorite on the *Real Housewives of New Jersey *after he joined the show as the ex-husband/best friend/business partner of Housewife [Dolores Catania](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/dolores-catania/). Fans have enjoyed watching Dolores and Frank's relationship dynamics over the years. However, fans have also loved seeing them find love in new relationships. Dolores is currently dating [Paul "Paulie" Connell](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/08/05/dolores-catania-paulie-joe-gorga/), while Frank is engaged to [Brittany Mattessich](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/04/24/rhonj-frank-catania-fiancee/). During a recent appearance on *[The Lisa Alastuey podcast](https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/rhonj-exclusive-behind-the-scene-details-with/id1566243161?i=1000664181987)*, Frank Catania addressed Brittany's role on RHONJ and revealed that she isn't interested in being a part of the cast. ***“There has been some inkling about trying to bring her on as a Housewife,”*** Frank explained. ***“And on her own, without me saying it, she has said, ’No.’ And she’s young. So being her age that she is and she said, ‘No,’ I was very happy that she said, ‘No.’”*** He continued, ***“She said she’s seen too many good relationships go bad because of it. But she goes, ‘I have no problem, I come on. Make an appearance here. I’d love to be part of it.
