Andy Cohen has confirmed that the Real Housewives of New Jersey will have a complete reboot for next season with fresh faces. Andy insinuates that this is the end for Dolores Catania, Jackie Goldschneider, Danielle Cabral, Jennifer Aydin, Melissa Gorga, Margaret Josephs and Teresa Giudice.

Production brought the cast back together for season 14 despite viewers pleading for them not to and the season has been a huge failure as a result. Many complain that they are watching two different shows and that it’s no longer fun. Melissa Gorga only has ever promoted the show by showcasing the divide which viewers aren’t feeling.
Andy Cohen confirmed a reboot will happen on Radio Andy Monday morning when a caller gave her opinion. The caller asked Andy Cohen if he please can get rid of Melissa Gorga and Margaret Josephs adding they have no storyline and are boring. Andy responded by saying, “well I mean have you heard that we are going to do big changes to the show?” The caller tells Andy that she has not heard that and that Margaret Josephs and Rachel Fuda have gone on the show to go after the main character which is Teresa Giudice.
Andy says, “well yes, we are rebooting the show. We are going to reboot it and do something different.”
Andy then adds that they will maybe have all fresh faces.
If Teresa stays, I won't watch again. Probably won't watch the reboot either if it is all new people. I love Marge, her hubby, Melissa and Joe and that is about it.

However, you couldn’t pay me to watch a reboot. I think they will be making a huge mistake if they rush anything on the air. Fans are over it. First, take a few years break and concentrate on other cities. When NJ does come back its only chance at success is with a brand new Production co. They need Miami’s, example or a new one. You can not have a Production company that is friends ever with one or some of the Housewives..this started a problem first with Carolyn Manzo, then Marge. It makes a completely unbalanced show/series and the audience isn’t stupid and sees it. Caroline was never once the target in all her seasons on NJ or focus of the drama, and Marge never had a season in her 7 seasons ever where she was the focus or the target either.

The only chance this show has to survive is a clean slate, the entire cast needs to go. surely there are decent women in NJ, whether or not they want anything to do with Bravo is the REAL question.

JMO, I’m not a regular viewer don’t have a favorite character and have watched maybe two episodes this season. It looks to me like Bravo told NJ to bring the drama or else. This seems poorly scripted to me, Teresa isn’t suffering weight loss due to a gag order from an X fiancé, she’s addicted to Ozempic, her face says so, Ozempic face it’s a thing. That greasy ambulance chasing “lawyer” she brought to the donut lunch is a walking cartoon character who didn’t provide anything of substance, waste of time. What exactly are they trying to say Margaret did that was so tragic? It’s not against the law to talk to someone’s former whatever, why is Louis so paranoid? It’s all so dumb and high school. I see why their ratings are sinking, the show sux.

While I'm not surprised, there was a finality and closure about Melissa last night on WWHL, which BTW apparently suits her well, because she never looked so stunning. So I guess I'm happy for her. But nonetheless, this is very upsetting, because I don't feel we're done with Teresa and the Gorgas; not by a long shot.

Andy did the "rose and thorn" shtick with Melissa (and Joe who was in the audience), and she actually brought up the assumption that they are rebooting, and she is relieved that she no longer has to fake it with Teresa. I assume this is what gave Andy the opportunity to say what he did this AM. Yes, Mel looked incredible ... my partner (who for once actually remained in the room as I watched), actually thought it was JLo.

I have a different take than what some are saying. I say, give Mel and Joey their own show with Marge, Fuda and some new faces. Why should Teresa get her own show? Mel and Joey have a great family, are fun and have lots of friends. Teresa has Ewey. Let her stay on RHONJ and bring all new faces for her to have all new soldiers and watch it implode. Why should she be rewarded with her own show? She is the reason they are having to do a reboot.

I haven't heard any rumbings about Teresa getting her own show, but I wouldn't be surprised ... she sure seems to be his favorite. I don't think @sswipe Cohen can control the Gorgas whereas Teresa definitely seems to be one of his dutiful foot soldiers.

Crazy thing about your comment : for almost as long as she has been on, Andrew always seemed to be harsh , cold , just nasty to her and so on par with giving free passes to the rest of the jackholes , never even asking real questions to anyone but her . If anyone deserved a show imo it would be her. Her back had to hurt from carrying that shit for 14 years with family on board too .

Yes! They let the division widen , the gang ups, the frustration- all the wrong things to air . For me , once you had family doing intentional take downs , that should have been the end of those inciting such !

They should have canceled the show after the last toxic reunion. Luis hiring Bo Dietl was the final nail in the coffin. Not production or other cast members. Luis created a toxic work environment that became apparent this season.

I didn't see this episode but that does sound pretty funny. He's a bit much but he does have a good sense of humor. Last season when he showed up for his initation night with the Jersey men and brought Tums and Depends for the guys I thought it was hilarious.

I'd be curious to see Teresa's love bubble burst in spectacular fashion, and her having to acknowledge everyone was right about the shady Lobster Boy. But that's wishful thinking because it will take years before she admits he's a con man and she fell for him and his phony bs hook, line and sinker. It took prison, deportation and her mother's death for Teresa to admit Juicy was a scumbag who cheated on her.

No one is perfect all the time. They just wrote a book and good for them. Alex wrote a book on raising kids. I didn't agree with her methods but a lot of people did. Now they are grown men and turned out fine. It was her real life experience.
