Penny Davidi Borsuk, who filed the lawsuit against the *[Vanderpump Rules](https://allabouttrh.com/category/vanderpump-rules/)* stars, alleges that Ariana and Katie ***"failed to uphold their end of the agreement when she took on the role of COO/Director of Culinary" ***at their West Hollywood sandwich shop. Bravo viewers may recognize Penny, a good friend of [Lisa Vanderpump](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills/lisa-vanderpump/), as she appeared at the many sandwich tastings on *Vanderpump Rules*.
