There are complaints about ***"rude"*** waitstaff, ***"long waits" ***for food and drinks, and lack of ambiance. One Yelp reviewer described the sports bar as a ***"doom and gloom dungeon."*** ***"Terrible service. waited over 2 hours for food. never got it but all the sections did. didn't even receive an apology for the terrible service,"*** one customer wrote.
