RHONJ stars [Margaret Josephs](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/margaret-josephs/) and [Dolores Catania](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/dolores-catania/)appeared on the daytime talk show *[Sherri](https://www.sherrishowtv.com/)* to promote season 14. During the interview, the two discussed [Teresa Giudice](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/teresa-giudice/), [Melissa Gorga](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/melissa-gorga/), and [Joe Gorga](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/01/12/rhonj-melissa-gorga-slams-joe-gorga/) ending their relationship for good. They also teased [the drama to come throughout season 14](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/05/01/the-real-housewives-of-new-jersey/). ***"Listen, sometimes, you know, families are just not meant to be together anymore. That's what I say. You know, it's time to move on,"*** Margaret said of Teresa's relationship with the Gorgas. ***"This season, you know, is very different. And and in a good way. And I think people are gonna really love it."*** Host Sherri Shepard then asked Dolores Catania, who has known Teresa and Joe since they were teens: ***"It's so much drama surrounding the sister-in-law's, Teresa and Melissa. I mean, Dolores, How does it make you feel to see this family? They are really split apart."*** Dolores replied, ***"It hurt me because I really think it's the end. I've seen these fights. We've all seen Yeah. The fights over the years. Now, I knew them when they were little. [They were inseparable](https://allabouttrh.com/2024/04/15/rhonj-joe-gorga-teresa-credit/), so close. She loved her brother. And over the years, it's just dissipated. I mean, like, you know, it's just sad. It's so sad,"*** she continued. ***"I got a little emotional this season. Yeah, Over some of the fighting. You know I don't do that. I'm not a crier, but I did at one point," ***Dolores added. The former host of The View then asked,*** "Margaret, do you not feel like Melissa and Teresa should work things out?" *** ***"No. I don't. I think it's gone past the point of repair, and I think sometimes, um, it's just gone too far. And just because it's your family doesn't mean you have to love them," ***the 57-year-old RHONJ star explained. It's healthier for both of them. Sometimes it just happens that way." *** The two RHONJ stars also joked about the fact that the house they were supposed to stay in for their [big cast trip](https://allabouttrh.com/2023/10/24/rhonj-s14-cast-trip-canceled/) burnt down, which they now believe is a metaphor for the season. ***"Well, it sets the pace for the season.
