The hits just keep coming for Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann as Truist Bank is ready to reclaim ownership of their home and iniate the forclosure process.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann could be out on the streets very soon if they don’t head back to court to duke it out with Truist Bank.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Truist Bank’s attorneys have let the estragned former Real Housewives of Atlanta couple know that they are ready to take back ownership of their MIlton, GA mansion.

Per the paperwork, Truist is letting Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann know that they plan to “initiate a non-judicial foreclosure proceeding on or after May 3.”

This doesn’t mean they have to be out by that date but it means that bank if ready to get the ball rolling on the foreclosure process after first threatening to initate it back in January.

Truist is giving Kim and Kroy the chance to bring the fight for their home back to the court room. It’s unclear if the estranged couple will take the bait as they are currently embrolied in an ugly divorce and are trying to offload their home.

The former RHOA couple listed their home for $6 million in October 2023 before slashing the price several times after recieving zero offers on the property.

The mansion is still for sale with an asking price of $4.5 million. With noone biting on the property it seems Truist is ready to reclaim ownership of the home and cut their losses for good.

Stay tuned for updates on this developing story.

The Bravolebs purchased their mansion in 2012 for $880,000 after tying the knot in November 2011.

The two-story, seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom brick and stone property built in 2008 features:

“A heated pool, five fireplaces, a six-car garage, a full back in-law suite, a separate au pair suite, a circular driveway, a chef’s kitchen and oversized island, a full-size bar and wine cellar, multiple walk-in closets, an elevator, a finished basement, an in-ground trampoline, a billiard room, an arcade room, a movie theater and a gym with a private massage room.”

In the last year, the former RHOA couple’s growing financial issues have become public knowledge amid their marital issues.

The 37-year-old NFL star filed for divorce from Kim in May 2023, claiming that the RHOA OG’s gambling addiction “financially devastated” their family.

According to Kroy, Kim’s gambling has played a huge role in their family’s financial issues. Kroy has claimed that Kim lost $700k gambling in the last two years alone.

“The total in the marriage was about $1.5 million dollars. She does it online illegally,” Kroy told police in the summer of 20233.

In 2023, Kim and Kroy were also hit with a $1.1 million tax lien as well as various other lawsuits over unpaid credit cards and outstanding gambling debts.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is expected to return for season 16 in early 2025.
