The RHOC star avoided serving any jail time for her DUI and the judge also dismissed her one count of hit-and-run with property damage.  The 59-year-old was sentenced to 36 months of informal probation. She also agreed to pay various fines and fees, complete 40 hours of community service, and participate in a 9-month alcohol program.
