The on-again, off-again RHOM couple were recently spotted spending the day together at the beach in Miami. However, by Valentine’s Day two were seemingly back together as they were spotted out on a date night. Larsa also noticeably had a very big ring on that finger, sparking rumors that she and Marcus were engaged. Unlike their brief ***“pause” ***in February, this time around the split was reportedly for good but it seems that isn't the case at all.
