Brandi Glanville is setting the record straight about her relationship with Andy Cohen. Get all the details!
Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has found herself in quite a pickle over the past year.
Since filming season 4 of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco in January 2023, the RHOBH alum has been out of work and blacklisted from attending any Bravo-related gig, including The Traitors season one reunion, BravoCon 2023, and more.
All of this stems from Caroline Manzo’s allegation that Brandi Glanville sexually assaulted her while filming season 4 of RHUGT in Morocco. In a recently filed lawsuit against Bravo, the Real Housewives of New Jersey OG alleges that producers allowed Brandi “to mount Manzo on the couch holding Manzo down with her body, forcibly squeezed Manzo’s cheeks together and thrust her tongue in Manzo’s mouth, while humping her,” while sitting by idly watching it all go down.
The 51-year-old mom of two has denied the allegations and has demanded Bravo roll the footage to prove her innocence.
However, since it seems highly unlikely that RHUGT Morocco will ever air on Bravo, Brandi has decided to call out the bad behavior of Bravo and Andy Cohen. She has also threatened to sue over her claims but has yet to officially file a lawsuit.
Brandi Glanville recently alleged that her former boss, Andy Cohen, sexually harassed her.
Since then, many Housewives have come forward in defense of Andy. Fans have also been critical of Brandi’s claims. Not only are fans pointing out Brandi’s own past bad behavior, which includes harassment and physical violence against cast mates, but they are claiming she used to be close with the Watch What Happens Live host and that her actions are retaliatory.
In fact, just this past summer, Brandi gushed about how supportive Andy had been amid Caroline Manzo’s allegations.
However, during a recent episode of her podcast, Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, Brandi clarified the depths of her relationship with Andy.
“I’m getting a ton of messages about Andy and how close of friends we were,” she explained. “I just want people to know that I never once in the 13 years that I’ve known him hung out with him. Ever. Not after Watch What Happens Live. We’ve never had [lunch, dinner, or breakfast]. We literally had a texting relationship and I would see him on WWHL and that was it.”
She also noted that she didn’t attend Andy’s 2019 baby shower, which was attended by former and current Real Housewives because she “wasn’t invited.”
“We never hung out—not once, not at BravoCon either. … Just because people see me in pictures with him at WWHL doesn’t mean we were buddies. Our entire relationship was on the phone,” she continued.
RHOBH is expected to return to Bravo in late 2024 or early 2025.
