Monica Garcia’s mom, Linda Darnell, is back at it again! This time, she’s publicly selling her daughter’s infamous Range Rover from the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
Linda Darnell recently listed her daughter Monica Garcia’s Range Rover for sale on social media.
On Twitter, Linda shared:
“FOR SALE: Monica Garcia’s Range Rover as seen on #RHOSLC $41,200.”
She noted that the car is a “2017” and has “159,494 miles.”
“[Monica Garcia] had it wrapped with a new gorgeous rusty gold color after shooting. I can post a photo tomorrow. Only serious buyers, please. No delivery. Pickup only. DM me. #bravo.”
This is the very Range Rover that caused a whole lot of drama between Monica Garcia and her mom during season 4 of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
If you recall, Linda, who technically owns Monica’s car, kidnapped the vehicle after they got into a fight at Angie Katsanevas‘ Greek Easter brunch.
After the drama played out on RHOSLC, Linda claimed on Twitter that the REAL reason she kidnapped Monica Garcia’s Range Rover Sport was because the RHOSLC newbie hadn’t made an on-time payment on the vehicle in two years.
“Monica had not made an on-time payment in two years. Two years. Not one. The first on-time payment came this year in October 2023. I’m not playing this game anymore. I am being maligned in the worst possible way,” Linda tweeted.
Linda continued, “When we were in the dealership, she promised to the high heavens she would. I wanted to help her. She can afford the payments. She chooses to pay late.”
“She also promised in the dealership that my name would be off in one year. It’s been 26 months, and my name is still on the loan,” she added.
Naturally, Bravo fans are quite amused by Linda’s latest antics and have had quite a bit to say on social media.
“Her mom is soooo cringe,” one fan commented, while a second wrote, “This is tacky as hell.”
“Does Monica know her car is for sale?” a third quipped.
A fourth added, “This is embarrassing and trifling that someone’s mom is doing this, let alone the mom of someone who was on national TV.”
“This is the most toxic mom and daughter duo ever know,” another commented.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City will return for season 5 in late 2024.
