In August 2023, Psaila filed a lawsuit against [Erika Jayne](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills/erika-girardi/), Secret Service against, the RHOBH star’s assistant Laia Ribatallada, and Peter Grim of American Express. As for Erika Jayne, she is attempting to get Pasila’s case against her dismissed. But it seems that things are not going in EJ’s favor. On February 27, attorney [Ronald Richards](https://twitter.com/RonaldRichards) shared an update on Erika Jayne’s effort to get Pasila’s lawsuit dismissed.
