Plaza El Paseo Center claims that Jennifer and her business partners leased a building in the shopping center in November 2019 and put down a deposit of $18,300. The landlord reports that the lease has been amended twice since 2019. In the lease agreement Jennifer signed off on paying $4,651 in rent for the first six months. Now, the landlord is demanding $133k from the RHOC star and her business partners, who have yet to respond to the lawsuit.
