A new report reveals that former NFL star Marcellus Wiley and husband of RHOBH newbie Annemarie Wiley was accused of rape in 1994.

According to Page Six, some shocking allegations about Real Housewives of Beverly Hills newbie Annemarie Wiley‘s husband, Marcellus Wiley, have emerged.

On Tuesday, the former NFL defensive end was accused of raping a Columbia University student during his time at the school 29 years ago.

The female victim, now a professor and sociologist, filed a lawsuit in the New York Supreme Court. She accuses Marcellus Wiley of attacking her in the fall of 1994. At the time, Marcellus was a sophomore and the star running back for Columbia University’s football team.

She alleges that Marcellus forced himself on her in her freshman dorm room. The two were friends, and the alleged incident occurred after Marcellus invited himself to her dorm room to eat dinner together and listen to music. The victim also says he ignored her verbal objections and robbed her of her virginity. The attack later drove the victim to attempt suicide.

“[Wiley’s] actions were intentionally designed to cause plaintiff severe emotional distress or were taken with reckless disregard of the significant and/or substantial probability of causing plaintiff severe emotional distress,” the lawsuit states.

The victim insists she “set clear boundaries with the 250-pound football player, telling him she was a virgin and was not interested in having sex.”

He reportedly told the victim:  “Ain’t nobody tryna have sex with no virgin! Don’t worry, I got you. Just coming to hang out while I eat. I don’t even have condoms on me.”

However, Marcellus allegedly changed his mind later on in the evening. After ignoring the victim’s pleas, he allegedly ripped off her clothes and “forced her facedown onto the mattress,” court documents state.

She reportedly feared for her life as Marcellus allegedly raped her multiple times. When she managed to get away, he grabbed her and dragged her back to the bed for another round.

Afterward, the victim reported the alleged attack to several administrators at Columbia University, who all had a “fondness” for the star football player and insisted that she misunderstood the encounter since she was born in Africa and Marcellus was American.

As for Marcellus “just disagreed that it’s rape” upon hearing the allegation against him. He received minimal punishment as a result of the allegation. Marcellus was placed on “academic probation and ordered to complete the spring 1995 semester from his home in Los Angeles” before eventually returning to New York City.

The lawsuit was filed under the Adult Survivors Act, which is “a New York law that allows alleged sexual abuse victims whose claims are past the statute of limitations to file a civil suit for a one-year period, until Nov. 24.”

Annemarie and Marcellus are set to make their RHOBH debut during next week’s episode of the show. The new RHOBH couple wed in 2014 and share three children.

RHOBH season 13 cast: Erika Jayne, Crystal Minkoff, Sutton Stracke, Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, and Annemarie Wiley attend Homeless Not Toothless Gala in Los Angeles.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.

The courts will take a long time to deliver guilt, like Erikunty's husband. But the ladies will talk this case to death and then some.

It is already filmed so it should be next season if the wife is still on and it isn't resolved.

I have followed this guy before he was even married. Very accomplished and seems to have a good temperament. Very smart also. Looking at this side eyed. 30 years later? Whatever.

Yes, or as Brandon would say, "He seems to be very articulate and clean."

Wow, that is a very serious charge. He must have feared this woman was going to come forward with this once he was on reality. This is something that allegedly happened 30 years ago. She was vocal about it when it happened and it was dealt with at that time. I'm always apprehensive when these type of accusations are made decades later. Especially, when the accused and their family is vulnerable...as in the spot light, receives a huge promotion, running for office, in their senior years etc...

At least it isn't NJ where the husbands are paid appearance fees. If it creates a stink, they just don't film with him if she is even still around when next season is filmed . Shoot, it is already how many episodes in for this season and the wife hasn't been on camera.

This is a very serious allegation that needs to be handled in the courts. Let's hope that Bravo leaves it alone and lets the proper authorities handle this legally, not as entertainment..

I have a hunch this broad likes it messy. The demonization of the black man continues ... even by their own ... SMH. https://media3.giphy.com/media/5nvVFCR7wonVyTmqba/giphy-downsized-small.mp4

Yeah, the demonization of the black man? IDK...seems like there's a lot of white men getting demonized on a regular basis. And they don't have any card to play. Especially if they're straight and Christian. Maybe it's the demonization of men period.

Ding, ding, ding ??!!!! We have a winner!

Thank you for saying that. So many don't because of the fear of being attacked or cancelled.
