[Kyle Richards](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills/kyle-richards/) and Mauricio Umansky's marital issues are becoming abundantly clear, especially after [this week's episode of RHOBH](https://www.bravotv.com/the-real-housewives-of-beverly-hills/season-13/episode-2/an-unwise-surprise). On this week's episode of RHOBH, the couple welcomed their family to their $8 million Encino estate to celebrate their youngest daughter, [Portia Umansky](https://allabouttrh.com/2021/10/05/photos-kim-richards-spotted-looking-fresh-faced-at-niece-portia-umanskys-bat-mitzvah/)'s birthday. However, the party was less than hunky-dory. The now [estranged RHOBH couple](https://allabouttrh.com/2023/10/30/rhobh-kyle-richards-reedom-space/) began bickering at the party after Kyle told Mauricio's mom that the real estate mogul had gotten a tattoo. ![“I really wish I had not said anything,” Kyle admitted in her RHOBH confessional interview.](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/Screen-Shot-2023-11-02-at-8.11.44-AM-1200x596.png)“I really wish I had not said anything,” Kyle admitted in her RHOBH confessional interview. ***“I told your mom you have a tattoo,”*** the RHOBH OG told her husband in front of their daughters, [Alexia and Farrah](https://allabouttrh.com/2022/11/17/kyle-richards-daughter-and-buying-beverly-hills-star-farrah-brittany-opens-up-about-her-moms-painful-feud-with-sister-kathy-hilton-and-the-hate-her-mom-has-received-from-fans/) while putting the birthday candles on Portia's cake. Mauricio seemed irritated and asked: ***“What is wrong with you?”*** Kyle tried to explain herself, but Mauricio shut her down, saying it was his place to tell his mom before storming out of the kitchen and back to the party. ***“Now he’s mad at me,”*** Kyle said aloud. One of the RHOBH OG's daughters noted that she was ***“in troubs.”*** Back at the party, Kyle attempted to smooth things over with Mauricio, telling him that his mom ***“doesn’t know for sure”*** about his tattoo; however, the* *[Buying Beverly Hills star](https://allabouttrh.com/2023/10/27/mauricio-umansky-emma-slater-rumors/)didn't want to hear it. ***“Whatever, I don’t wanna talk about that right now,”*** Mauricio clapped back. Kyle once again mumbled that his mom ***“wasn’t mad,”*** but this only made Mauricio more angry. ***“It’s not about that. It’s mine to talk about it, not anybody else’s and not, and you know, whether I choose to talk about it or not, I don’t wanna talk about it now. The RHOBH OG and a friend exited the party to cut the cake in the kitchen. ***“He’s so mad about his mom knowing about the tattoos, he’s like, ‘that’s my thing to talk about, and I don’t wanna be on camera talking about it.”*** In her confessional interview, Kyle admitted that she thought it would be ***“funny”*** to see her mother-in-law’s reaction to the news of Mauricio's tattoo. However, after seeing Mauricio's reaction, she admitted: *** “I really wish I had not said anything.”*** She also confessed that these are the kind of fights that occur ***“when [people] go through a rough time.”*** ***“Here we are. It’s been rough,” ***she added. To make matters worse, later on, Kyle's mother-in-law bluntly asks her if ***“everything is OK with you and Mauricio?”*** ***“Every time I open Google, there’s like something about you guys separating, divorcing, whatever. It got to a point in which I called Mauricio, or I sent him a text. I said, ‘Is everything OK?’ You know, generally, I don’t believe these things, but it’s too much.
