These charges come over a month after Shannon’s arrest for hit-and-run after she crashed her car while driving under the influence.

The Bravoleb is scheduled to appear in court on October 30th in connection to these charges. Shannon Beador is scheduled to be arraigned 10/30/23,” a spokesperson from the Orange County District Attorney’s Office told Radar Online on Friday.

Shannon was arrested for DUI and a hit-and-run on Saturday, September 16, in Newport Beach, California, after she drove her car into a residential property and “clipped the house.”

The reality star’s attorney, Mike Fell, quickly released a statement noting how expressing how “apologetic and remorseful” Shannon was over her actions.

“We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available,” Fell said at the time. “Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”

For the most part, Shannon has remained mum following her arrest, but she recently broke her silence on social media.

The 59-year-old posted a video on Instagram where she told fans that she can’t speak about her legal woes at the moment but promises to be “open” and “honest” about her DUI when she can talk about them publicly.

Shannon said:

“I know it’s been a while since I posted, and there’s been a lot of talk about everything that’s happened recently, but unfortunately, right now, I’m not in the position to comment, but there will be a time when I can, and I intend to be open, honest, and authentic. Right now, I’m focusing on getting healthy and getting back to myself and walking. Archie.”

The Real Housewives of Orange County will return for season 18 in 2024.

We'll see how much responsibility she takes when we find out if she pleads guilty without a plea deal.

Man! She was TANKED! I kinda thought while she was obviously drunk, she was probably at least shy of even being twice the legal limit which is good and sauced in and of itself. I mean, most people wouldn’t even need to be full on at twice the legal limit to be feeling no pain, but THREE times?! Holy guacamole! It’s a miracle she didn’t kill someone! ? I literally would not be able to function at 3x the legal limit. It’s VERY questionable if I would be able to function @ 2x the legal limit. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, alcohol is not that woman’s friend! ?

Looks like she's built up quite a tolerance too.

I would be puking my guts out at twice the legal limit. Three times I wouldn’t even be coherent, but I’m a lightweight. Nonetheless, yeah, QUITE the tolerance…?
