Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador will face the music over her arrest for DUI and hit-and-run in court on October 30th.

Shannon Beador is scheduled to be arraigned 10/30/23,” a spokesperson from the Orange County District Attorney’s Office told Radar Online on Friday.

However, the spokesperson remained tight-lipped on what charges the Bravoleb will be facing at her arraignment next week.

Shannon Beador was arrested for DUI and a hit-and-run on Saturday, September 16, in Newport Beach, California, after she drove her car into a residential property and “clipped the house.”

The reality star’s attorney, Mike Fell, quickly released a statement noting how expressing how “apologetic and remorseful” Shannon was over her actions.

“We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available,” Fell said at the time. “Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions.”

Shannon said:

“I know it’s been a while since I posted, and there’s been a lot of talk about everything that’s happened recently, but unfortunately, right now, I’m not in the position to comment, but there will be a time when I can, and I intend to be open, honest, and authentic. Right now, I’m focusing on getting healthy and getting back to myself and walking. Archie.”

If she is going to accept full responsibility, then she should plead guilty at the arraignment so the taxpayers can be spared the cost of a trial. But I'll bet she pleads not guilty.
