The drama is heating up in SLC! RHOSLC newbie Monica Garcia has a major bone to pick with Lisa Barlow following the season 4 premiere!
Real Housewives newbie Monica Garcia is coming in HOT against Lisa Barlow following the season 4 premiere of RHOSLC.
During Tuesday’s episode of RHOSLC, Lisa Barlow made some very questionable comments about Monica Garcia. Lisa teased that Monica had changed her appearance after becoming a government witness against Jen.
According to Lisa, the Monica fans are seeing on season 4 of RHOSLC isn’t the same woman she met years ago. Lisa says Monica used to have “fair” skin and “blonde” hair.
Apparently, Monica’s makeover is so dramatic that Lisa wouldn’t be able to pick her out of a police lineup if asked.
“Honestly, if she were in the witness protection program or a police lineup, I would not be able to pick her out,” the RHOSLC OG quipped about Monica’s recently revamped appearance.
Now, Monica is coming for Lisa’s neck!
In an Instagram post, Monica shared a photo of her, Lisa, and co-star Angie Katsanevas posing together. In the caption, Monica went in on Lisa’s “micro-aggressions” from the RHOSLC season 4 premiere.
Monica wrote:
“WHEW!!!!! The first photo was taken June 17, 2022. Didn’t realize I was so unrecognizable with my fair skin back then, too. The way some people are so damn comfortable lying. It’s WILD.”
“First of all, I wasn’t meeting Jen at the airport, LISA. I met YOU at the airport because YOU were ALSO running an “errand” for Jen. That was actually the first time we met in person. Aside from our countless phone convos, but keep coming [up] with all that BS. Unreal.”
The RHOSLC newbie then accused Lisa of allegedly being prejudiced. Monica fired off on Lisa’s “micro-aggressions” about her appearance and skin color.
“Second, the way you are comin in clutch with those micro-aggressions. You couldn’t pick me out of a police lineup or witness protection???? You couldn’t have said a party or crowd?? I see you,” Monica wrote.
“THIRD!!! The way you made the most uneducated statement of the episode with your fair-skinned, blonde-haired comment. As if Latina’s can’t have lighter skin or have blonde hair??? But yet you claim to be a cultured New Yorker? I know what you’re implying; we all do,” she continued.
“Doesn’t your best friend work in the hair industry??? Where people color their hair and change their looks up constantly???? LASTLY…. Please tell me if you’d recognize Angie K. in the last pic in witness protection or a police line-up. FOH. Happy Hump day!!!! P.S. Fair skin is better than orange,” she concluded.
RHOSLC airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
