Shannon Beador found herself in quite a pickle on this week’s episode of RHOC when she accidentally revealed her relationship issues on camera.
Gossip and speculation about Shannon Beador and John Janssen’s relationship woes have been the hot topic on the Real Housewives of Orange County for weeks.
During this week’s episode of RHOC, fans finally got some insight into the issues Shannon and John faced during their three-and-a-half-year relationship. The pair split in late 2022 after filming for season 17 of RHOC wrapped.
The drama started when Emily Simpson confronted Shannon for telling the RHOC cast about her relationship issues with John while intoxicated, then later denying she said anything of the sort.
During a party later that same night, Heather Dubrow also told Shannon: “There are things you’ve told all of us! You don’t seem to remember that you tell lots of people lots of things.”
The rest of the RHOC cast backed up Heather’s claim that “Shannon drinks and, at night, when she’s sad, she calls a plethora of people.”
“She drinks the truth serum, and it brings out the truth,” Gina Kirschenheiter said in her confessional interview.
“And the next morning, she has no memory of it,” Tamra Judge added.
“So, you know, after you have a DUI, sometimes you have to have a breathalyzer installed on your car in order to get your car to start? Shannon needs that like on her cell phone like she should just huff into her phone to like get her phone to unlock,” Emily quipped.
As Shannon continues to peddle the claim that John is a “private person,” Heather shuts it down, saying, “He’s not a private person! Stop it!”
“Shannon has told me and other people that John loves being in the limelight, and it’s a lot of the reason that he’s with her,” Heather explained.
This sets Shannon off. She demands that the RHOC production crew stop filming immediately.
“I’m out, I’m out, I’m done, I’m out, I’m done,” Shannon tells the crew. “Take off the mic, I’m out.”
However, she then spills some major insight into her and John’s relationship issues to production, not realizing the cameras are still filming her.
“Does he spend enough time with me? Is there gonna be enough money? His kid doesn’t like me,” Shannon told producers. “I can’t talk about that on camera, and this can’t go on the camera! That’s hurtful to John! That’s the s–t that I’ve talked about, that’s it!”
“I didn’t sign up for this, I didn’t – please, can they not film this? This is my f–king life!” she continued.
