A new report reveals that Jessel Taank moved to NYC just weeks before filming for season 14 of RHONY began.
The U.S. Sun reports that RHONY star Jessel Taank only moved to New York City a month before filming for season 14 began production.
A source confirmed to the outlet that Jessel moved to the Big Apple in September 2022 before filming for season 14 of RHONY began production in October 2022.
Jessel and her husband, Pavit Randhawa, 3,000 sq ft Chelsea apartment was listed for sale for $5 million in July 2022. The property was mysteriously taken off the market on September 14, 2022.
The three-bed, four-bath condo features 12-foot ceilings with “a 24-hour doorman, a large private storage room, and a 4K sq ft common roof deck with an outdoor kitchen and dining space.”
Before moving to NYC, Jessel and Pavit purchased a four-bed, six-bath home in Dallas, Texas, for $1.4 million in May 2022.
The 7,700 sq ft modern home was listed for sale in March 2023 for $1,975,000.
The RHONY couple have been married for eight years and share twin sons, Kai and Rio. While Jessel works as a fashion publicist, Pavit is the president of Phone Daddy, which has its headquarters in Dallas.
Jessel and Pavit also lived in Los Angeles for a time. They sold their four-bed, five-bath Mar Vista mansion for $3.2million in November 2021.
This information came to light following a post from Deux Moi earlier this week that alleged Jessel rents her NYC apartment and only moved to the city for RHONY.
“Yes! Someone just told me Jessel’s apartment is rented, and she moved to NYC for the show, hence why she knew nothing about Tribeca…is that known?” Duex Moi revealed.
Jessel poked fun at the claim, commenting, “My husband and kids are rented too…found them on Craigslist.”
The Real Housewives of New York airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
