Andy Cohen teases that RHOBH’s Mauricio Umansky is “available” if single and flirty RHONY newbie Brynn Whitfield wants to shoot her shot.
At the Real Housewives of New York season 14 premiere party, Andy Cohen let Brynn Whitfield know that Kyle Richards’ estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, is on the market after the RHONY newbie admitted that she thinks he’s the “hottest Housewives husband.”
While on the red carpet, Marie Claire asked Andy which Housewives husband he thought was the hottest. The Real Housewives executive producer seemed stumped and turned to Brynn to help him out.
“Ummmm,” Andy said before turning to Brynn, who was being interviewed separately feet away.
“Mauricio!” Brynn said with a smile, to which Andy replied, “He’s available!”
When asked if he agrees with the 36-year-old “trophy wife in training,” Andy admitted, “He’s pretty handsome.”
Bravo had a lot to say about Andy’s comment about Mauricio being “available.”
On TikTok, one fan said that Andy is “forever messy as hell,” while another added, “Omg, don’t let Kyle [Richards] see this one ooop.”
Earlier this month, PEOPLE reported that Kyle and Mauricio were separating after 27 years of marriage.
According to sources, Kyle and Mauricio have “been separated for a while now” but “are still living under the same roof. They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”
Kyle and Mauricio both denied being separated in a joint statement on social media.
“In regards to the news that came out about us today… Any claims regarding divorcing are untrue,” the joint statement read. “However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously.”
Bravo also recently resumed filming for season 13 of RHOBH amid Kyle and Mauricio‘s marital woes.
Meanwhile, just last week, Erika Jayne told Billboard that Kyle and Mauricio are “ not splitting.”
“They have had a very hard time. They’ve acknowledged that,” Erika admitted. “They’ve acknowledged that, I remember when I was going through my divorce/disaster scandal, there were a lot of people speaking that really didn’t know what I was going through.”
“I just know that it’s been very hard, and you’ll get to see that,” the Pretty Mess singer added. “She’ll be able to explain herself, and that’s where I’d like to leave that.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is reportedly returning to Bravo for season 13 in late 2023. Some reports suggest season 13 will premiere on November 1.
