Viewers begged Bravo to bring Dorinda Medley back but instead Bravo announced a pause following a refresh, rebooting RHONY with an all-new cast for season 14. If ratings continue like this, Bravo may come to the realization that they made a rash decision bringing on a whole new cast. ![The Real Housewives of New York City Season 14 Premiere To Low Ratings Despite Positive Feedback](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/image-5.png) ##### However the ratings did do better than Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps spin-off show: Crappie Lake as episode 4 brought in 0.542 million viewers. ##### Tons of viewers seemed surprised by the ratings saying that the Real Housewives of Dubai even performed better. ![The Real Housewives of New York Season 14 Premiere To Low Ratings Despite Positive Feedback](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/image-3.png)*Viewers react to low ratings for the season 14 premiere of RHONY * Other housewives have had spin-offs from the franchise that also did better. Bethenny Frankel spin-off was very successful with ratings as high as 1.35 million while viewership for Teresa Giudice special, Teresa checks in averaged roughly the same with 1.3 million viewers. ## Are you surprised by the low ratings?
