Their wedding was filmed for Bethenny's Bravo spinoff show, *Bethenny Getting Married*. The couple's marriage was then documented on Bethenny's second spinoff show, *Bethenny Ever After*, which aired for three seasons on Bravo. After years of court proceedings, Bethenny and Jason finalized their divorce in January 2021. They had reached a financial settlement in their divorce back in 2016 but continued to fight over custody of their daughter, Bryn, now 13. In 2020, Bethenny was given full legal custody of Bryn, followed by primary residential custody in December 2021. This meant that Bethenny no longer had to pay Jason child support. The same year her divorce from Jason was finalized, Bethenny opened up about their disastrous marriage. ![Jill Zarin Claims She Didn](https://allabouttrh.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/image.png)Jill Zarin and Bethenny Frankel Reunite After 10 Years Of Public Feud ***“I ended up marrying someone who was just a regular person, who seemed like they could handle all of what’s going on with me, and being in reality television,”*** she explained on her [Just B podcast in 2021](https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/bethenny-on-divorce/id1531000011?i=1000544908430). ***“And I was sort of proud of myself for just marrying someone who had a simple life, and they didn’t come from much, and so they would never want anything from me.”*** Bethenny also revealed why she [didn't get a prenup](https://allabouttrh.com/2023/06/30/bethenny-frankel-louie-ruelas-rhonj/) before marrying Jason.
