NeNe Leakes has quite a bit to say about Kim Zolciak’s messy divorce drama! Does NeNe think it’s all a ploy to get Kim back on RHOA? Find out!
It’s no secret that Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s two-month-long divorce drama was chaotic and messy AF. The two called the cops on each other numerous times and made bold accusations against each other in court filings, which is why they suddenly called off their divorce earlier this month the Bravoverse was left scratching their heads.
Naturally, Bravo fans began to wonder if all of this drama was a way to drum up interest in the former reality TV couple in order to get Kim back on RHOA. It’s no secret that Kim and Kroy could use a big fat paycheck from Bravo amid their ongoing money woes, which include unpaid credit cards, missed car payments, and a $1 million tax lien. On top of their debt, Kim and Kroy also need to fund Kim’s outrageous gambling habit. Kroy recently revealed that Kim spent $700k this year alone via online gambling.
Now, fellow Real Housewives of Atlanta OG, NeNe Leakes, is sharing her two cents on it all. TMZ recently caught up with NeNe at LAX, where she didn’t hold back on her comments about Kim and Kroy’s messy – and possibly fake -divorce.
When asked NeNe her thoughts on Kim and Kroy calling off their divorce, she replied, “Oh, nothing. Listen, it’s a marriage, and so we have a lot of highs and lows. So, hopefully, they’re gonna work it out. They have a family.”
NeNe acknowledged that Kim and Kroy’s divorce “was kinda messy,” but she pointed out that the drama “makes great TV.”
She noted: “But, you know, I wouldn’t personally wanna act like I’m having some issue with my husband … just to get back on TV. I wouldn’t want to do that.”
As for whether NeNe thinks Kim will return to RHOA, the 55-year-old said: “Oh, I’m sure … she’ll get back on the show, whether she [faked her divorce] or not.”
“We’ve talked on the phone. I’ve reached out to her a few times.” NeNe revealed when asked if she’s been in contact with Kim.
