Real Housewives of Orange County star Emily Simpson admits to using Ozempic to kick-start her recent weight loss, but that's not all the Bravoleb owns up to! Just days after denying claims that she used Ozempic to lose weight, [Emily Simspon](https://allabouttrh.com/category/the-real-housewives-of-orange-county/emily-simpson/) confessed to using Ozempic and liposuction to shed excess weight while appearing on [SiriusXM's Jeff Lewis Live](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJ73sbGGMI0). ***“I don’t know what happened. I think I just went for four months hard when we were filming, and I ate too much, drank too much, and just didn’t get enough sleep, didn’t exercise,”*** Emily shared, adding that she was feeling ***“really depressed”*** since she ***“gained weight.” *** When Emily went to the doctor after filming wrapped for [season 17 of RHOC](https://allabouttrh.com/2023/06/08/rhoc-season-17-taglines/), she learned she was pre-diabetic. I did that in December. For one month, and you know, that was a great kickstart for me,”*** she explained, noting that she lost five to seven pounds on Ozempic. The Bravoleb had a breast reduction along with liposuction on her arms, which she reveals ***"always bothered"*** her. ***“Just the surgery alone was just, I felt like it was just a huge difference in my overall look just to have the thinner arms and just the smaller chest,”*** she shared. ***“And I was so happy with the surgery, and I have so much muscle underneath that when he did the liposuction, my arms were just jacked.”*** It's great to see Emily being honest, but I don't believe she only took Ozempic for just one month.
