Last month, Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Dina Manzo and her husband, David Cantin, an automotive industry mogul, purchased one of “Montecito’s most coveted” homes for $16M.
The Tuscan villa-style home was built in 1994 and last sold for $4.8 million in late 2020, according to Dirt.com.
Dina and David‘s new 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 6,000-square-foot home sits behind iron gates and features a large motor court and an entryway lined with olive trees and other Mediterranean-style plants.
Inside, the estate boasts a custom-designed living room and family room, as well as a sleek kitchen full of designer appliances.
The master bedroom, located on the second floor, offers ocean views and features “a fireplace, private balcony, marble bathroom, two closets, and an ensuite office/lounge/glam room.”
There are also three additional bedrooms upstairs, as well as a maid’s quarters on the first floor.
Outback, the home offers a large entertaining space with a fire pit and grassy lawn area. At the end of the property sits a secluded pool and spa.
Dina Manzo and David Cantin currently own a home in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. They also have a condo in Florida.
