Kroy Biermann isn’t getting mad – he’s looking to get EVERYTHING in his ongoing divorce from his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak.
The former NFL star served Kim with divorce papers where he demanded primary custody of their four minor children, according to Radar Online.
In the petition, Kroy Biermann listed the date of his and Kim’s marriage as November 11, 2011. He then stated that he and Kim have separated as their marriage is “Irretrievably broken.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alums share six children in total – Brielle Biermann, 26, Ariana Biermann, 21, Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia.
Kroy Biermann’s divorce petition claimed:
“Said children are presently in the care, custody, and control of [Kroy], and [Kroy] seeks the temporary and permanent sole legal and sole physical custody of said, minor children.”
He also noted that his two oldest children are no longer minors. Kroy adopted Kim’s two daughters from previous relationships in 2011 when they wed. The now-former couple went on to have four children together.
According to the court filing, Kroy also stated that he should be awarded child support on a temporary and permanent basis.
The 37-year-old said:
“The parties have accumulated certain debts and obligations during the course of this marriage, and Plaintiff seeks an equitable division of same.”
Kroy also requested exclusive access to the home he and Kim share. This is the same home that the Don’t Be Tardy stars almost lost earlier this year when it was days away from going to public auction after falling into foreclosure.
Meanwhile, Kim recently petitioned the court requesting that Kroy submit to a drug test, including a five-panel hair follicle drug screen, amid their ongoing divorce and custody battle.
According to TMZ, Kim has witnessed Kroy smoking marijuana in their marital home and has “concerns” about the “safety” of their four minor children.
Marijuana is not legal in the state of Georgia, where the former Bravo couple resides.
Both Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are seeking sole legal and physical custody of their minor children. Kim is willing to allow Kroy visitation.
Amid their split, Kim and Kroy’s financial woes continue to grow. To date, the former couple has an outstanding tax debt totaling $1,162,939.39, including a new tax lien of $15,104.72 filed by the State of Georgia on April 3.
