Pump Rules star Tom Sandoval just keeps making bad decisions. His recent unauthorized interview with Howie Mandel has left a bad taste in Bravo’s mouth. Now, the network is considering kicking the longtime Bravoleb to the curb, according to one source.
Sandoval has managed to piss off Bravo fans, Pump Rules producers, and Andy Cohen all in a very short time span. The reality TV star found himself in hot water on Wednesday after an unauthorized interview about his affair with Raquel Leviss was posted online.
According to multiple sources, producers are fuming over the interview and are worried about how it will impact the rest of the Pump Rules season.
A source told The U.S. Sun:
“They [Vanderpump Rules producers] had no clue he was doing this, of course not. They never would have allowed it. They’re putting so much time and energy into making sure the rest of the season is better than any other season and hyping up the reunion.”
The source added:
“So, him pulling this b***h move is basically producers’ worst-case scenario.”
Producers had no idea about the interview until Howie announced it earlier this week, “and they’ve been freaking out and basically scrambling since.”
“They have no idea what he is going to reveal, so they’re watching it in shock along with the fans,” the source explains, noting that producers are “so f**king p**sed” because “him doing this is a big ‘f**k you’ to all of them.”
The source adds:
“No one on the cast would be shocked or upset if he was fired.”
Meanwhile, a separate source tells Page Six that while Bravo didn’t approve of Sandoval’s interview, the rumor of him being fired because of it is not true.
“There has been no conversation of him being fired for doing an unauthorized interview. The rest of the [“Vanderpump Rules”] cast has been doing plenty of non-approved interviews — so that would mean the whole cast would be fired.”
Sandoval’s rep insists that Bravo and producers knew about the interview ahead of time, which a spokesperson for Bravo did confirm.
“The network and the production company were fully aware of Tom doing the podcast prior, and there was a PR rep for ‘Vanderpump Rules’ present for the podcast,” Tom’s rep said in a statement.
As for Andy Cohen, he found out about Tom’s tell-all interview “last week” and was “annoyed” by the news.
The WWHL host addressed Sandoval’s interview on Wednesday’s episode of his SiriusXM Radio show.
Andy throws shade at Sandoval doing an interview with Howie Mandel, of all people, before noting that you “would think” Bravo would have the Pump Rules cast on an interview embargo until the reunion.
Andy said:
“I will predicate this by saying I did a great interview with Tom at the reunion, and I’m still looking forward to you all seeing that and hearing his perspective up against Raquel and Ariana [Madix] is fascinating stuff. So there’s still more to come. This Howie Mandel thing. I don’t know. I found out about it last week. Was annoyed on my behalf, on Bravo’s behalf on the viewer’s behalf.”

Tom Sandoval gave an unauthorized interview about his affair with Raquel Leviss, which angered Bravo and the producers of Pump Rules.
There have been rumors that Tom Sandoval might be fired due to the interview, but a separate source has stated that there have been no conversations about firing him. Other cast members have also done non-approved interviews, so it is unlikely that Tom would be singled out for termination.
Tom Sandoval’s representative claims that Bravo and the producers were aware of the interview ahead of time, and a spokesperson for Bravo confirmed this. However, Andy Cohen, the host of WWHL, found out about the interview last week and expressed annoyance about it.
