Lenny Hochstein’s Hot Mic Moment Controversy

Reality TV star Lenny Hochstein

Lenny Hochstein claims that his jaw-dropping hot mic moment on the Real Housewives of Miami was edited to make his estranged wife, Lisa Hochstein, look like the victim.

The Miami-based plastic surgeon tells Page Six that he believes RHOM producers intentionally cut out some of his comments to make him look bad. He also insists that he told Lisa on more than one occasion that he wanted a divorce.

“The hot mic was edited, and they didn’t air the part of me complaining about her constant partying. They just put in a small part about me saying how I just go to work and come home, and she does whatever she wants,” Lenny claims.

“The fact is that I had already made the decision to leave Lisa,” he notes. “It was my hope that it could wait until the filming ended.”

Lenny says that he couldn’t take Lisa’s constant partying and the fact that she would party hop then wouldn’t “get out of bed all day.” After one particually wild night of partying, Lenny says he realized he “couldn’t take it” anymore.

“I lost it and told her that I couldn’t take it,” he recalls. “Not even one more day.”

While Lisa maintains that she was “blindsided” by Lenny wanting a divorce, he insists that she was “interviewing lawyers up to two years prior.”

“She knew what she was doing and already had plan,” he insists.

Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Miami is currently airing on Peacock. New episodes drop every Thursday.
