Legal Victory: Lenny Hochstein’s Girlfriend’s Restraining Order Dismissed

Lenny Hochstein and his Girlfriend

A judge tossed out Katharina Mazepa’s restraining order against Lisa Hochstein.

The 27-year-old girlfriend of Lenny Hochstein accused his estranged wife of harassment and bullying, but Judge Ayana Harris found no “just cause” in the model’s petition against the Real Housewives of Miami star.

“Upon review, the evidence presented is insufficient under the Florida law […] to allow the Court to issue an injunction for protection against domestic, repeat, dating or sexual violence or stalking,” read the court filing.

After this dismissal became public knowledge, Lisa spoke out about the case to Page Six.

“In July of this year, my estranged husband’s girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa, filed for a Restraining Order against me based on an affidavit containing nothing but false and fictitious accusations against me. Thankfully, the judge saw through her vicious lies and antics and dismissed the case,” she said in a statement.

She then claimed that this whole ordeal was “nothing more than a cheap publicity stunt”  for Mazepa and Lenny. Lisa believes her estranged husband hoped that Mazepa’s restraining order against her would “improve his position in the divorce proceedings.”

“I am glad that my attorney, Jayne Weintraub, exposed her lying under oath and that I was fully exonerated,” Lisa continued. “Now I can focus completely without distraction, on what matters most—my children.”

Season 5 of the Real Housewives of Miami is currently airing on Peacock.
